Delia

The Luminous Vanguard

Delia is the daughter of Raena, the Lady of Thorns, and the Dragon Knight, making her Princess of King's Crest. Delia and her brother Verick sealed the Dragon Knight away within a statue in the middle of Dragon Shire, taking up the fight against Queen Nightshade to protect the kingdom from her infestation. When the Raven Lord attacked King's Crest, Verick and Delia combined their powers to awaken the Dragon Knight. However, the Raven Lord was able to possess him and instead defeated the two.

Now robbed of her powers and the singularity that held her realm together, Delia, her brother Verick, and the Raven Court upstart Orphea, work together to forge an alliance that may help them rebuild their ravaged lands.

Delia is a Tank that amplifies her Crowd Control abilities by absorbing damage. Delia does not use mana, instead, her abilities increase in effectiveness as she gains Moonlight which she acquires by absorbing damage done to her. When her brother, Verick, is present, she may gain bonuses.

Combat Trait

D - Moonlight Fortitude
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Gain Unstoppable and an 800 point Shield that lasts for 6 seconds, absorbing all incoming damage and generating Moonlight. Delia gains 1 Moonlight for every 14 damage she absorbs.

Each point of Moonlight increases the duration of all Delia's Disabling Effects and her Ability Damage by 0.5%. After 5 seconds of not generating Moonlight, loses 10 Moonlight per second.

Passive - Children of the Thorns
When Verick is present and alive on the battleground, Delia's Hearthstone channel is reduced to 5 seconds. Additionally, Verick and Delia may use each other's Hearthstone.

Delia's bread and butter. The shield gives her a hefty survivability increase through its unstoppable and it can absorb damage to enhance her Disabling effects' (Slows, Blinds, Stuns, Silences, Sleep, Damage Reductions, etc.) duration and her Ability damage by generating Moonlight. The Unstoppable is NOT attached to the Shield and it will last its full 5 seconds. The passive trait is a minor buff when Verick, her brother, is picked alongside her on the same team.

Primary Abilities

Q - Shattering Impact
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Delia leaps into the air and lands in an area, dealing 125 damage and Stunning enemies for 0.5 seconds. The impact area deals 143 damage over 4 seconds and Slowing enemies hit by 20% for 1 second.

Delia's main CC ability. Provides a hefty stun and a considerable slow after its impact. The speed is similar to Muradin's Dwarf Toss and the impact radius is similar to Jaina's Blizzard. The range is 6.5. Delia is NOT unstoppable while in the air.

W - Heavenly Bastion
Cooldown: 12 seconds.
Activate to explode, dealing 135 damage to all enemies around Delia and reducing affected enemy Heroes' Spell Power by 25% for 4 seconds. Delia is healed for 30% of the damage dealt, increased to 125% against Heroes.

Delia's main source of self-healing. Deals a hefty amount of damage and the spell power DR is useful too. The Radius is around Johanna's W. The Spell Power reduction does NOT affect Moonlight generation. Delia's D will still count the full damage when generating Moonlight (can be changed if this is too problematic so that she'll sacrifice effectiveness for survivability).

E - Shield Bash
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Delia dashes a short distance, dealing 201 damage and stopping at the first enemy Hero hit, Stunning them for 1 second and creating a shockwave in a cone behind them that deals 56 damage and Knocks enemies away.

A pretty straightforward ability. The dash distance is around ETC's slide range. The dash STOPS if it hits an enemy hero. The Slow is massive and is a good lockdown and isolation ability. The area of knockback is around Sgt. Hammer's knockback.

Heroic Abilities

R1 - Lunar Eclipse
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Delia channels the power of the moon for 1.5 seconds and then exploding in a large area around her, dealing 200 damage and reducing their vision by 80% for 1 second.

After channeling, Delia explodes in a radius similar to Blaze's combustion. The effects are pretty straightforward with vision reduction

R2 - Lullaby of the Night
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Delia commands the moon to shine upon a large area for 2.5 seconds, Slowing enemies by 5% every 0.5 seconds up to 25%. Enemies at the end of Lullaby of the Night are put to Sleep for 2 seconds. When they are awoken, their Spell Armor is reduced by 20 for 2 seconds.

A more of a setup ultimate. The area is around Tyrande's Starfall and the periodic slow duration is also affected by Moonlight. The sleep comes at the END of the area effect (like Mei's Blizzard). The spell armor reduction is a debuff so it's affected by moonlight.

Level 1

D - Full Moon
Quest: Gather Regeneration Globes
Reward: Every 5 Regeneration Globes gathered increases Moonlight Fortitude's shield by 2%

Dusktreader Vigor
Increase all regeneration and healing effects by 15%. Basic Attacks against Heroes heal Delia for 2% of her maximum Health

Active - Moonlit Renewal
Activate to gain 25 Moonlight.
Passive: gain 2 Armor for each point of Moonlight Delia has, stacking up to 25 Armor.

Level 4

Q - Lunar Cascade
The impact area of Shattering Impact pulses 2 times over its duration, dealing an additional 98 damage.
Each enemy Heroes hit by the pulses reduces Shattering Impact's cooldown by 1 second.

W - Starlight Siege
Increase Heavenly Bastion's Spell Power reduction to 50%. The explosion deals 125% more damage to Minions and Mercenaries.

E - Moonstone Enchantments
Increases Shield Bash's damage by 20%. Additionally, Stunned Heroes by Shield Bash have their Spells Recharge 100% Slower for 4 seconds.

Level 7

D - Pale Citadel
Reduce the cooldown of Moonlight Fortitude by 5 seconds and increase its duration by 2 seconds.

W - Lunar Gravity
Heavenly Bastion knocks enemies away and deals 25% increased damage. Each enemy hit reduces its cooldown by 0.5 seconds, doubled against Heroes.

W - Moonspeed Blessing
Increase the duration of Heavenly Bastion's Spell Power reduction by 1 second and Delia gains 30% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.

E - Daunting Echo
Enemies Knocked back by Shield Bash are Silenced for 1 second. Each Hero knocked away reduces the cooldown of Shield Bash by 1 second.

Level 13

Q - Crashing Orbit
Increase the damage of Shattering Impact by 50%. If 2 or more heroes are hit by the initial impact, increase this bonus to 100%.

E - Noir Luna
Enemy Heroes hit by Shield Bash and its Knockback have their Attack Speed reduced by 50% for 4 seconds.

Active - Blessing of Selene de Lune
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to consume all Moonlight to gain a 240 point Shield for 5 seconds. Each point of Moonlight heals equal to 0.3% of Delia's maximum Health over its duration.

Level 16

D - New Moon
Moonlight Fortitude gains a second charge. Only 1 Moonlight Fortitude may be active at a time and has a 2 seconds cooldown between uses.

Q - Tidal Pull
Increase the radius of Shattering impact by 15%. The initial impact of Shattering Impact pulls enemies towards Delia after 1 second, Stunning them for 1 second.

W - Bastille of Hope
Heavenly Bastion removes all Disabling Effects and Damage over Time from nearby Allied Heroes and grants them 25 Spell Armor for 3 seconds.

Level 20

R1 - Total Eclipse
Reduce the Cooldown of Lunar Eclipse by 30 seconds. The explosion now Stuns enemy Heroes for 1.25 seconds.

R2 - Waking Nightmare
If Sleeping Heroes are awoken, they will be Feared and run towards the direction they were facing for 1 second.

W/D - Celestial Resolve
Upon taking fatal damage, casts Moonlight Fortitude and Heavenly Bastion for free, this has a 90 second cooldown.

D - Judgement of the Moon
Moonlight now increases the duration of all Delia's Disabling Effects by 1% and her Ability Damage by 2% per point.

Trait - Never One Without the Other
Children of the Thorns now recharges Delia's cooldown 50% faster and grants her 20% maximum Health. If either Delia or Verick is alive, the other one's death timer recharges 100% faster.
