Demon Hunter

Havoc / Vengeance

My attempt to create the Demon Hunter class from WoW with the specs.
Balanced it as far as i could, changing the abillity damage to HotS friendly numbers. I made this choice for Demon Hunter to say goodbye at Legion and begin our new journey in Battle for Azeroth!

For those that don't follow World of Warcraft directly i will explain what the Fury and Pain resource is. Pain for Vengeance can be earned by taking damage. Havoc's Fury is by dealing damage but will slowly build up passivly (Similiar to Valeera's energy). Attacking will build it up faster.

The way Demon Hunters choose their class is choosing between Havoc or Vengeance as extra "talent", this will not count as talent so you can still pick all other and same amount of talents.

Vengeance are tanks (Warriors)
Havoc are DPS (Assasin)

Combat Trait

1
Demon Blood
Demonic Blood: rewards you with additional health and damage for every enemy that you killed. This effect ends upon death and resets. Demon Blood stacks to 10.

I would really love to see a demon hunter actually using his abilities instead of just fighting with his glaives like illidan and I like the base of the concept, but I think you've got some explaining to do: How can this hero choose his role, because I think it would be stupid if he needs to wait for his ultimate in order to get his basic abilities. Furthermore the resources aren't explained at all, so any non WoW player reading( including me) doesn't know whether pain and fury have any unique mechanics in order to generate them and if they're more comparable to energy or mana etc. Another small aspect is that you could maybe add up a slow to the infernal strike, so that feels more like a tank ability. Since we need some sort of representant for this demon hunter I think one of the blood elf guys would be fitting, so there's more of a visual difference between this demon hunter and illidan(my ideas would be kayn sunfury or leotheras the blind but feel free to take whoever you want to)

That was something i wasn't really sure about yet since the talents are not done yet. But i had in mind to have as first talent row Havoc and Vengeance, or maybe 1 extra talent point that doesn't count as talent. But i did think of this, thank you for the feedback and i will keep this in mind.
