LVL 10 || Ray of Frost
Channel a beam of frost, dealing 120 damage over 3 seconds and slowing enemies caught inside by 30% every second. The direction of the beam changes with your mouse cursor position.

LVL 20 TALENT || Disintegrate
Increases the damage dealt from Ray of Frost to 600 over 3 seconds, but reduces the slow to 10%. Additionally, Critical Mass only reduces the cooldown of this ability by 33%.
I don't really know why a Li-Ming player would want to have a beam that does 120 damage over 3 seconds + a 30% slow. And then her 20 talent. That's really underwhel-ming too. 600 dmg is like 120 from what we got now and reduces the slow and no full resets.
