3. Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune that give Basic Attacks a 30% chance to Trigger Block. This effect cannot occur more than once every 5 seconds.
4. Rune of Spellshattering: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune that Reduces the Duration of Silences and Stuns by 50%.
3. Rune Strike Q: Heart Strike now hits an Additional Enemy at 75% of the normal Damage.

2. Roiling Blood E: Range and Damage of Blood Boil is increased by 25%.

3. Anti-Magic Shell: Upon taking Ability Damage , reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 60% for 3 seconds. Can only trigger once every 25 seconds.
4. Mind Freeze: Silence your target for 3 seconds. Deal 26 (+9 per Level) Damage.
2. Thinned Blood [Vampiric Blood Upgrade]: Vampiric Blood now restores an additional 10% of your Health and increases healing received by 15% for 3 seconds.
3. Ok so now he looks little better. Yeah I know that blood is specific for being able to heal themselve so some sort of healing is good and demanding. But you really want this kind of abilities? You don't wanna make him be able to summon some beasts and place marks? Just askin'.

Now, on to the concept. I will change the Presence Trait for all 3 concepts to allow you to choose anyone of them as you can in WoW.
Blood Presence will now increase maximum Health by 15% instead of Healing you.
Will of the Necropolis now triggers at 20% and only restores 10%.
Rune of the Fallen Crusader now Leeches 1.5% of Health.
Amplified Healing was removed.
Stoneskin was removed.
Purgatory now heals 5% of Maximum health on trigger.
Vampiric Blood now restores 20% and triggers Vampiric Assault for 3 seconds.
Thinned Blood now has a duration (realized I forget to put it in).
New Talent - Shifting Presence: Changing Presence now retains 25% of Runic Power.
