Deathbringer of the Scourge

Saurfang is a Death Knight who uses Runes and Runic Power instead of Mana to Empower himself in Combat.
100 Runic Power.
4 Blood Runes.
2 Unholy Runes.
Runes have a 6 Second Cooldown.
Only 1 Rune of each type may Recharge at a time.
5 Runic Power is Generated when damaged by a Basic Attack or Basic Ability.

Combat Trait

1
Blood Power
Every 3 Basic Attacks grants a Stack of Blood Power.
each stack increases Saurfang's Max Health, size and damage done by 1%.
Max of 30 Stacks.
Stacks reset on Death.
1 Stack is Lost every 10 seconds you do not take damage.

Primary Abilities

Heart Strike
Deal 78 (+14 Per Level) Damage.
Deals 20% more Damage if Blood Plague is on the Target.
Cooldown: 6 Seconds.
Costs 1 Blood Rune.

Call Blood Beast
Call a Blood Beast to fight beside Saurfang until it dies.
Blood Beast takes 50% less damage from non-Heroic sources.
15 Second Cooldown.
Costs 1 Blood Rune and 1 Unholy Rune.
Saurfang can have no more than 2 Blood Beasts alongside him at any one time.

Blood Nova
Target an Enemy Hero or Structure and after a 1.5 second delay Deal 205 (+42 per Level) Damage to them and all Nearby Enemies.
Charges: 2
Cooldown: 14 Seconds.
Costs 1 Blood Rune.

Secondary Abilities

Blood Plague
Deal 200 (+28 per Level) over 10 Seconds.

Apply Blood Plague to your target.
9 second Cooldown.
Consumes 10 Runic Power.

Heroic Abilities

Strangulate
Shadowy tendrils constrict an enemy's throat dealing 44 (+16 per Level) Damage and silencing them over 3 seconds.
Costs 40 Runic Power.
Cooldown: 80 Seconds.

Vampiric Blood
Restore 20% of you Max Health and allow your Basic Attacks to Heal you for 15% of the Damage done for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Special Mount

Acherus Deathcharger
The Famed Deachcharger's of Acherus are Heartier and Stronger than their living Counterparts therefore providing a faster Mounted Speed.
60% Movement Speed while Mounted.

Talents

Tier 1 - Level 1:

1. Rune of the Fallen Crusader: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune that has a 20% chance to allow Basic Attacks to Leech 1.5% of an Enemy Heroes Maximum Health.

2. Rune of Razorice: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune at allows Basic Attacks to Deal 24 (+12 per Level) Damage over 3 Seconds.

3. Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune that give Basic Attacks a 30% chance to Trigger Block. This effect cannot occur more than once every 5 seconds.

4. Rune of Spellshattering: Saurfang Engraves his Weapon with a Rune that Reduces the Duration of Silences and Stuns by 50%.

Tier 2 - Level 4:

1. Seething Hatred: Deal 12 (+ 4 per Level) damage per second to nearby Enemies.

2. Death Strike Q: Heart Strike Heals for 40% of the Damage done. [WILL NOT STACK WITH RUNE STRIKE]

3. Crimson Scourge E: Basic Attacks against a Target afflicted with Blood Plague will deal 30% increased damage. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds.

4. Will of the Necropolis:Damage taking Saurfang below 20% Max Health will increase his Healing  received by 20% for 6 seconds. This effect cannot occur more than once every 45 seconds.

Tier 3 - Level 7:

1. Butchery - Receiving a killing blow on a Minion grants 10 Runic Power. A Killing Blow on Heroes grants 20 Runic Power.
2. Abomination's Might: Basic Attack Damage against targets that are slowed, rooted or stunned deal 60% increased Damage.

3. Rune Strike Q: Heart Strike now hits an Additional Enemy at 75% of the normal Damage.

4. Pestilence E: Blood Nova now Applies Blood Plague to all targets affected by Blood Nova. Triggering Pestilence consumes 10 Runic Power.

Tier 4 - Level 10:

1. Strangulate [Heroic]

2. Vampiric Blood [Heroic]

Tier 5 - Level 13:

1. Blood Presence: Saurfang takes 25% less damage from Minions, Mercenaries, and Structures and deals 20% increased Damage to them. They will Prioritize Saurfang over others if he deals damage to them.

2. Roiling Blood E: Range and Damage of Blood Boil is increased by 25%.

3. Blood Shield Q: Whenever you Cast Heart Strike, gain a Shield equal to 15% of the Damage done that lasts 6 seconds. [WILL NOT STACK WITH RUNE STRIKE]

4. Scent of Blood W: Blood Beasts deal 30% more damage to a target that is affected by Blood Plague.

5. Viral Plague: If Blood Plague is Active on a Hero, Minion or Mercenary it will apply to nearby targets if they are not already afflicted by it.

Tier 6 - Level 16:

1. Mark of Blood: Activate to steal 15% of a target enemy Hero's Current Health and cause them to Heal a target for 3% of their Max whenever they hit with a Basic Attack. Mark lasts for 6 seconds.

2. Bloodworms: Activate to summon 2-4 Bloodworms that follow Saurfang and Attack targets he Attacks. They Heal Saurfang for 50% of their Damage dealt. 80 Second Cooldown. Consumes 25 Runic Power.

3. Anti-Magic Shell: Upon taking Ability Damage , reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 60% for 3 seconds. Can only trigger once every 25 seconds.

4. Mind Freeze: Silence your target for 3 seconds. Deal 26 (+9 per Level) Damage.

5. Blood Gorged: Once below 30% Health your Basic Attacks, Heart Strike, Plague Strike and Blood Boil deal 20% increased Damage.

Tier 7 - Level 20:

1. Asphyxiate [Strangulate Upgrade]: Lift an enemy target off the ground and crushes their throat with dark energy, stunning them for 5 seconds. Functions as a Silence if the target is immune to stuns.
2. Thinned Blood [Vampiric Blood Upgrade]: Vampiric Blood now restores an additional 10% of your Health and increases healing received by 15% for 3 seconds.

3. Purgatory: When you sustain Fatal Damage you instead become Immune and Unstoppable for 4 seconds. 90 second Cooldown.

4. Death Itself [Trait]: Saurfang's Maximum number of Blood Power Stacks have been increased to 50.

Nicely done. I see a big progress done here. :) He still looks quite strong with all this healing but yeah when we has no chance to test it i think it's good now... :)

He was not a Deathknight of Acherus but the Deathcharger is just a Horse arisen in Undeath. Besides, it does not have to be a special mount but I would like to see a Deathcharger ingame (without the 20% speed buff of course).

Dranosh Saurfang is not an Acherus Death Knight so I don't think it makes a lot of sense for him to have an Acherus Deathcharger as mount, but that's just my 2 cents.

Searing Attacks has been Removed.

Burning Rage has been Replaced with Seething Hatred.

Vampiric Blood has been altered and is now a Talent.

"New Ability" Outbreak has been added.

Heart Strike no longer Applies Blood Plague.

"New Talent" Viral Plague has been added.

Blood Tap has been Removed.

Imposing Presence has been Removed.

Bladed Armor has Been Removed.

Blood Power is now the Trait.

"New Special Mount" Acherus Deathcharger has been added.

Will of the Necropolis pending removal with Bladed Armor being replacement.

"New Trait" Bladed Armor: Whenever Saurfang is struck by a Basic Attack he deals 25% of his own Basic Attack Damage to the Enemy

Pestilence is now a Talent

Plague Strike has Been Replaced by Call Blood Beast.

New Heroic Blood Power.

Vampiric Blood Pending Removal or Nerfed as Minor Talent.

Heart Strike now Applies Blood Plague to the target and deals 15% increased damage if the target is afflicted with Blood Plague.

Frost Fever has been removed.

Sry for some rudeness. I didn't mean it this way.
Ok so now he looks little better. Yeah I know that blood is specific for being able to heal themselve so some sort of healing is good and demanding. But you really want this kind of abilities? You don't wanna make him be able to summon some beasts and place marks? Just askin'.

Listen sw1tchCZ, I have no problem with you bashing me or complaining about my concepts actually, I would prefer you did it more because it helps me see what I am doing wrong and how I can fix it.

I appreciate that you are taking the time to criticize Saurfang, Th***arian and Koltira.

Now, on to the concept. I will change the Presence Trait for all 3 concepts to allow you to choose anyone of them as you can in WoW.

Blood Presence will now increase maximum Health by 15% instead of Healing you.

Will of the Necropolis now triggers at 20% and only restores 10%.

Rune of the Fallen Crusader now Leeches 1.5% of Health.

Amplified Healing was removed.

Stoneskin was removed.

Purgatory now heals 5% of Maximum health on trigger.

Vampiric Blood now restores 20% and triggers Vampiric Assault for 3 seconds.

Thinned Blood now has a duration (realized I forget to put it in).

New Talent - Shifting Presence: Changing Presence now retains 25% of Runic Power.
