Your lightning bolts will grant you a charge of Fulmination. When at 3 stacks you can consume the stacks to either increase your Earth Shock damage or increase the radius of your Capacitor Totem stun.

Fires a bolt of lightning at your enemy target. Dealing 80 (+15 per lvl) damage and grants you a stack of Fulmination to a max of three stacks. 6 Second Cool Down

Blast the target with concussive force. Dealing 60 (+10 per lvl) damage and slowing the targets movement speed by 10% for 1.5 seconds. Using this ability with three stacks of Fulmination will increase the damage by 10 (+10 per lvl) 8 Second Cool Down

Drops a totem that after two seconds will explode and stun any enemy caught in its radius will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. Using your Fulmination stacks will increase the radius of the stun. 10 Second Cool Down

Call forth a fire elemental to assist you for 20 seconds. The Elemental will periodically release a burst of flame that will damage any enemy in range of the elemental for a small amount of damage. When commanded will attack an enemy. 60 Second Cool Down

Surrender your body to the elemental planes, transform into an Ascendant of Fire and transform your Lightning bolt spell into Lava Burst.
Release an orb of lava hitting them for 300(+20 per lvl) damage and placing a damage over time effect on the enemy for 4 seconds that deals 100 damage over the duration.
Your basic attacks while transformed will cleave for 50% of your basic attack damage to enemies close to your focused target. 120 Second Cool Down. Last 12 Seconds.
