I like the trait but i believe you should change some of his abilities, making them your own and not taking them from the game. Keep expanding on this idea
Training alone doesn't make you a rouge, and the RPG isn't canon. He is a Stonemason. Besides, if he was a rouge, he wouldn't have had just those three abilities he had from his boss fight.
Training as a class certainly means you are that class, that's why Warriors can't recieve training from say a Mage trainer. Shaw even stated he wanted VanCleef to join Si:7 along side him, a rogue-only organization. He only had 2-3 abilities because he was the first dungeon boss Alliance characters got to fight, it was meant to be a simple fight.
