Elisande

Grand Magistrix

Elisande once distinguished herself by resisting the Legion. As the Grand Magistrix of her people, Elisande and her highborne followers broke away from Queen Azshara and the dark path she was taking, harnessing the power of the Eye of Aman'thul to create the Nightwell to protect Suramar from the Sundering. Over ten thousand years later, the Legion's arrival offered her no such recourse. She cast her lot with the demons, hoping to once again use the power of the Nightwell - albeit this time in a very different sense - to save her people.

Now in the Nexus, Elisande is free from the Legion and uses her mastery over the arcane and the timestreams to command the battlefield in her favor.

Combat Trait

Time Zones
Elisande's Recursive and Expedient Elementals drop Slow and Fast Zones at the location they die, lasting 3 seconds each.

Slow Zones cause time to pass by 15% slower to enemy Heroes while inside the zone and for 1 second after they exit, and Fast Zones cause time to pass by 15% faster for friendly Heroes while inside the zone and for 1 second after they exit.

When an enemy Hero is slowed through time, they are affected in the following ways:

* Movement speed is reduced by 15%
* Auto Attacks occur 15% less often
* Abilities recharge 15% slower
* Animation delays and casting times are increased by 15%
* Buff durations and the duration of crowd control are NOT affected by Time Zones

Primary Abilities

Arcane Blast
Shoot a slow-moving Arcane Blast in a direction, dealing low damage to the first enemy and exploding in a small area. Deals 50% more damage while inside or after passing through a Time Zone.

2 second CD.

Arcane Blast's projectile speed is significantly affected by Time Zones, doubling after contact with a Fast Zone or halved after contact with a Slow Zone.

Long, narrow range.

Recursive Elemental
Summon an immobile Recursive Elemental for 4 seconds which will attack enemies within a short range around it.

11 second CD.

Upon death or expiration, it drops a Slow Zone.

Expedient Elemental
Summon a swift Expedient Elemental for 4 seconds. The Elemental will attack enemies in melee range and is controlled by Elisande.

11 second CD.

Upon death or expiration, a Fast Zone spawns.
Controls similarly to Jaina's Water Elemental, but it attacks in melee range.

Heroic Abilities

Arcanetic Ring
Elisande spawns a Slow Zone where she is currently standing, then teleports to a target area within a fixed radius. A large ring of Arcane Orbs spawn around her and rush to her location. Arcane Orbs deal massive damage while in contact with enemy Heroes.

100 second CD.

The orbs' projectile speed is significantly affected by Time Zones, doubling after contact with a Fast Zone or halved after contact with a Slow Zone.

Time Slip
After a short cast, Elisande creates an Echo of herself at her current location.

If Elisande is dealt fatal damage within an extremely large radius of the Echo's location, she instead respawns at the location of her Echo after a 3 second delay, placing the ability on cooldown.

70 second CD.

Passive: Elisande has 25% less maximum Health. When you die while an Echo is active, enemy Heroes in a moderate radius are put in Time Stop for 1.5 seconds.
