Falric was assisting Arthas during his journey to Northrend, taking the Frostmourne and slow fall of the prince. His devotion to the king and will to protect the weak makes him excelent defender of fragile characters. His Block ability allows him to negate most attacks and survive enemy onslaughts. His Martial Cadence allows him to duel with opponents close to his allies or defeating foes when he fails in his mission. His Shield Bash ability allows him to refill Block charges or when fully charged - to initiate and deal high damage to the target and stun them. But what makes him shine is his Protecting Allies ability - it allows him to intercrept enemy bullets for some time - and this way protect his allies from the enemy. When the time comes, he can either choose a disengage tool or initiation tool depending on his team and how they are winning against the opponent. When Force Shield knocks enemies back from Falric and allows to split enemy team, Heroic Leap greatly augments allies damage and freezes enemies in place for some time.

Those changes seem fine.
He's a warrior, so he's all about damage reduction, disrupting the enemy team, and also ... not dying, so he'll obviously not be the most fun hero to play (except if you ONLY like playing warriors). And well ... I don't like warriors, but I do think he'd be good.
I like this character aswell, I was just wondering how he could be modelled to look like the Captain in WarIII, but not as boring.

Glad I helped.

If you have some time, it'd help me a lot if you could look at my Zerg hero Zszarr. There's a lot to read, but I could use some help. ;)

So, again thanks for your comment, as comments are the thing that make hero concepts even better. I'm glad you liked it, even if a friend of mine said that he is (or rather would be) pretty boring (although I think he wouldn't be boring at all). And now about the things that should I change:

Heavy Plates: As I removed Shielder's Domain, I've made this one interacting with Block. Maybe now it will be better idea than passive slow and great damage reduction.

Crushing Bash: Length is 5 and width is 0~3, so there are 54 degrees of cone width, exacly as you've read. :P

Shielder's Domain: As I've written before, I've replaced it with aura that decreases damage taken from attacks by 15%. I wonder if I don't make too much warriors countering attack-dependant heroes?

Triple Strike: I've changed Martial Cadence a bit, so from now talents affecting Martial Cadence shouldn't be overpowered with combination of Triple Strike.

Other things: Ofc it's living form and I've chosen warcraft III Captain's interface model, as for me it suits him most. Also, the newer versions represented him as a ghost, so it was also the reason, why I havechosen this hero. I know, that he is "minor charcter" in WoW Universe, but he had anyway greater impact than i.e. Stitches. Or Brightwing. So how great role a character has fulfilled isn't as important, so nothing stopped me from making Falric as a Hero Concept to Heroes fo the Storm.

Of course thanks for your help! ^^

Another nice hero you got there, and probably one of my favourite. He's "simple" yet very effective, and seems balanced.
I like how Shield Bash interacts with Block.

Here's a few things though :

Heavy Plates: Each stack of Block reduces damage taken by 5%, but also decreases movement speed by 5%.
Since it's a passive and you can't disable it, I find it a bad talent to take, since you'll mostly be slowed by 15%, which is bad for an initiator. The enemy can just ignore you, you won't catch them. I think it wouldn't be OP even if you remove the decrease movement speed part.

Crushing Bash: Shield Bash also emmits a shockwave that deals 30 (+8 per level) damage to all enemies hit (doesn't affect primary target - cone range is 5 and cone width is 54 degrees).
54 or 45 degrees ? :)

Shielder's Domain: When getting hero takedown, gain three charges of Block.
Tbh, it's really weak and a bit too situational imo. Why not add like a 1s CD reduction for Block for each minion that dies nearby ? A wave wouldn't even give you 1 Charge, but it'd still be nice.

Triple Strike: Martial Cadence now imbues three next attacks. Third attack has +75% attack speed boost and deals bonus damage equal to 7,5% of target's maximum health.
15%+flat damage of a hero max health in no time is really strong imo. Especially on a 6s CD ability. You should probably keep the thirs attack, but make it another effect, like a cleave, a CC, a shield bash, or something.

Otherwise, he needs some graphic improvement, since he was really a generic character. Dunno how bli² would model him. :)
