felicia is a melee assassin. her two first basic abilities doesn't look fantastic but theyr passive effect is cool : every third basic attack is replaced by her Q, and every third Q is replaced by her W, so, every ninth basic attack becomes a W. her first heroic abilities pushes that concept further : evry third W will be replaced by an R1, and again with her lvl : every third R1 will be more powerfull. The second concept is the "in love" mechanic : a state she applies to nearby allies, doing some cute cat animation (and even to enemies with her R2) to potentialy grant them some bonuses, or benefit for herself as long as she is near them. the range is determined by her field of view, her R2 FoV augmentation will affect the range of this mechanic. Clawpocalypse Decrease claw storm's cooldown by 3 seconds for each enemy hero hit. Passive effect : every third claw storm deals 50% more damages and have 30% increased radius |

Cats eyes. Now increase field of view up to 100% for one more second Passive effect : increases "in love" duration by 3 seconds |

Killer instinct Predatory attack gain a second charge and can be use even if not in a bush. |

In the last case, lovely eyes will probably the best heroic. Claw storm will probably be better in the others.
Needs at least level one talent to choose what way you will use cute cat during the game.
I think claw storm is a good heroic : due to multiple passive effects, it will be casted more than once every 30 seconds.
