Tosh is astealth support. his basic skills have global range and doesn't break his cloak, sohe can spend all the game stealth, passively soaking experience.
his healing ability gives his team a target to attack in order to receive healing.
bad eye gives debuf and vision.
hallucination cant kill enemies, but can provide help to do it.
he also has a VERY slow attack speed but big damages, ideal to finish a low life target. In addition, level one gives him a bonus on basic attacks.

Combat Trait

Psychoreactive cloak

Gain Stealth when out of combat for 5 seconds.
Taking damage, attacking or use heroic Ability ends Cloak.
Basic abilities does not end cloak
Remaining stationary for at least 1.5 seconds while Stealthed grants Invisible.
Passive effect : when taking damages, become invisible for 2 seconds. this effect has a 60 seconds cooldown.

Voodoo curse

target hero becomes cursed for 3 second.
damages against target heal the attacker for 30% of the damages dealt.

Bad eye

Mana : 30
cooldown : 20 seconds

reveal target enemy and decrease his armor by 5 for 10 seconds

hallucination

mana : 70
cooldown : 20 seconds

Create a decoy near target enemy, attacking him
Decoy last 3 seconds and is unable to kill his target.
When decoy ends, all damages he dealt are automaticaly healed.
decoys take 50% more damages and deal 70% of tosh's basic attacks damages.

Cooldown : 80 seconds
Global range
Deal 120 damage and Stun enemies for 0.75 seconds on a medium aera.

Nuke

Mana : 90
cooldown : 100 seconds
medium range
after 4 seconds. Deals 800 damage in a large area. Only deals 50% damage against Structures.
