Gantrithor's play style is a mix of The Lost Vikings, Zagara, and Abathur, combining small unit management with the ability to be in two places at once with a penalty, or joining together for fights and pushing lanes.

Gantrithor itself does not attack, but constantly constructs Interceptors that fight for it. Rather than being individually controlled, the Interceptors are controlled as a single group to not allow 5 separate soaking units. This allows Gantrithor to be in 2 lanes at once, although vulrnerable, as Interceptors lose speed the farther away they are, and the Gantrithor itself is slow and lacks direct combat abilities. Keeping both close together allows structures to be taken down much faster and lets you heal the Interceptors in between fights.

Combat Trait

Interceptor Bay
Gantrithor constructs an Interceptor every 8 seconds that can be controlled as a group. If all Interceptors are destroyed, construction speed is doubled for 4 seconds.

Interceptors that dock inside Gantrithor gain its Health Regeneration. Max of 5 Interceptors can be built.

Primary Abilities

Strafe Cannons
Mana: 50  Cooldown: 10s
All active Interceptors activate an auto cannon that fires at a nearby enemy every second for 4 seconds, dealing 25% of the Interceptor's Basic Attack damage per hit.

Antimatter Charge
Mana: 70 Cooldown: 13s
All active Interceptors fire a charged bolt into the target area. After a 1 second delay, each bolt explodes in a small area, dealing damage and applying a stacking 10% slow each for 3 seconds. Deals double damage to non-Heroic targets.

Distruption Web
Mana: 80 Cooldown: 20s
Gantrithor charges and releases a web of psionic energy in a large area. Structures in the web are disabled while Heroes, Mercenaries, and Minions have their Attack Speed reduced by 20%. Lasts 5 seconds.

Every Interceptor near or docked inside Gantrithor increases the duration of the web by 0.5 seconds and the Attack Speed reduction by 3% for the duration.

Mass Recall

Create a warp field in an area for 2 seconds. After the duration ends, all units in the field (friend and foe) are teleported in a large area around you. Global range, but requires sight.

Ally Heroes and Interceptors in a large area around you gain Stealth every 1.5 seconds that lasts up to 3 seconds with each application. Duration of 8 seconds.

Gravitic Drive
Passive - Gantrithor is 20% slower than other Heroes, but can fly over most terrain.

Activate to gain 30% Movement Speed for 5 seconds. 30 Second Cooldown.

Level 1 Talents

Passive - Repair Drones
Regeneration Globes permanently increase Gantrithor's Health Regeneration by 1 and Interceptors by 0.1.

Passive - Evasive Maneuvers
Interceptors can dodge 1 Hero Basic Attack, taking no damage, every 15 seconds. Moving x amount of distance reduces this cooldown by 1 second.

Strafe Shots - Combat Shield
Interceptors gain a shield equal to 25% of their Health for the duration of Strafe Shots.

Disruption Web - Antibiotic
Enemy Heroes within the web have their Health Regeneration reduced by 30%.

Level 4 Talents

Passive - Assembly Line
When all Interceptors are created, Gantrithor will construct Spare Parts that take 200% time to construct. When complete, one stack of Spare Parts will be consumed to reduce the next Interceptor's construction time by 50%.

Passive - Observer Lens
Increase the Sight Range of Gantrithor and Interceptors by 20%. When an Interceptor is destroyed, vision remains in the area for 2 seconds.

Strafe Cannons - Hyperdrive

Interceptors gain 10% attack speed for 2 seconds every time their auto cannon hits an enemy.

Antimatter Charge - Dimensional Tear
Antimatter Charges deal an additional 20% damage over 3 seconds, stacking up to 100%.

Level 7 Talents

Passive - Destruction Protocol
When destroyed, Interceptors ram into the ground for splash damage to nearby enemies.

Passive - Psionic Shielding
Interceptors receive 30% less damage from the first Ability that strikes them. 20 second cooldown.

Disruption Web - Psi Emitter
Disruption Web also causes Gantrithor to slow the Attack Speed of nearby Combat Structures by 20% for 10 seconds.

Antimatter Charge - Power Booster
Antimatter Charge's damage to non-Heroic targets increased to 250%.

Level 10 Talents

Level 13 Talents

Passive - Mass Production
Reduce the construction time of Interceptors by 2 seconds.

Antimatter Charge - Bombardiers
Reduce Antimatter Charge's Mana cost to 60 and cooldown to 12 seconds.

Disruption Web - Overload
Increase the total size of the web by 25%, and reduce the cooldown by 1 second per enemy Hero initially hit.

Mount - Linked Thrusters
Gantrithor gains 5% Movement Speed per Interceptor docked inside. Activating Gravitic Drive gives half of Gantrithor's bonus Movement Speed to active Interceptors.

Level 16 Talents

Disruption Web - Feedback
Enemy Heroes in Disruption Web lose 1% of their max Health every second and grant Gantrithor the same amount as a shield for 2 seconds, stacking up to 25%.

Strafe Shots - Photon Cannons
Increase the damage of each auto cannon shot to 35% of the Interceptor's Basic Attack damage.

Strafe Shots - On-board Cannons
Gantrithor activates 4 auto cannons for the duration to attack nearby enemies.

Antimatter Charge - Disintegration
Enemies hit receive 5% more damage from all sources per charge for 3 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Mass Recall - Selective Stabilization
Enemies that are teleported by Mass Recall exit 1 second after allies do.

Cloak Field - Hallucination
Every time an ally Hero breaks Stealth within the field, a decoy is created near them for 3 seconds. Each Hero may only have 1 decoy active at a time.

Passive - Swarm Machine
Gain a 6th Interceptor, and reduce Interceptor construction time by 1 second.

Mount - Mass Thrusters
Activating Gravitic Drive increases Gantrithor's Movement Speed by an additional 10% a second for 5 seconds. Interceptors permanently gain 15% Movement Speed.
