Garrosh 1.1

The Warlord

A heavy hitting bruiser that can silence and slow enemies.

Combat Trait

1
Rage
Use instead of mana. Rage does not regenerate, and instead requires Garrosh to auto-attack or receive damage. Garrosh gains 20% Rage for every basic attack he lands (does not have to deal damage) and 10% Rage for every 100 damage he receives. At higher percentages of Rage, Garrosh's movement speed and basic attack damage are increased.

30 Rage

15 second cooldown

Garrosh charges a short distance in a line. At the end of the charge, Garrosh strikes the area directly in front of him, stunning enemies within a small area for 1 second and slowing them for 3 seconds. Enemies caught in the initial charge are slowed for 3 seconds, but are not stunned. Garrosh can choose to end the charge early by activating the ability again.

10 second cooldown

Garrosh throws a chain at a target hero within a short distance and connects them for 2.5 seconds. Once connected, target hero is silenced for the .5 seconds. Chained heroes that try to move away from Garrosh are slowed by 60%. If either Garrosh or the chained hero move out of the area of the chain, the ability is broken. Stuns do not break the chain.

40 Rage

7 second cooldown

Garrosh swings Gorehowl in a cone in front of him. Enemies within the area of the swing take moderate damage, are slowed for 1.5 seconds, and have damaged applied to them over time. If the enemy is chained by Garrosh, this ability is enhanced. Enemies that stand closer to Garrosh can avoid the ability's damage and slow effect.

Can use while charging with Shoulder Bash.

Garrosh calls down an Iron Star, which lands to deal damage in a wide path and then explodes to deal heavy damage to all units in an area. The explosion deals 50% extra damage to structures.

Wrath of Hellscream
R

90 second cooldown

Garrosh becomes an Unstoppable force for 8 seconds. During this ability, Garrosh has 100 rage, and his cooldowns for basic abilities are reduced by 80%.

Level 1 Talents

Block - Causes two basic attacks to deal no damage.

Armor Up! - Activatible Talent: Gain physical armor for short amount of time.

Unlimited Rage - Quest: Gather regen globes to increase Rage generation and limit

Preemptive Strike - If Garrosh uses a basic ability while at 100% Rage, that abilities' duration is doubled.

Level 4 Talents

Warlord's Resilience - (W): When Strangle connects with an enemy Hero, gain physical armor for the ability duration.

Spell Armor - Activatible Talent: Gain spell armor for a short time.

Vicious Shoulder Bash - (Q) Quest Talent: Hit enemies with Shoulder Bash to better control the direction of the charge, and increase the duration of the stun.

Warlord's Cunning - (E) Quest Talent: Hit enemy heroes with rend to increase area, and enemies can no longer avoid ability by staying close to Garrosh.

Level 7 Talents

Barbed Chain - (W) Enemies that are slowed by Strangle also take extra damage.

Intimidation - Higher amounts of Rage slows the auto-attacks of heroes that attack Garrosh.

Warrior's Respite - Higher health regen at low Rage.

Level 10 Talents

Iron Star - (R) Calls down an iron star that deals damage in a wide path and explodes in an area for heavy damage. Increased damage to structures.

Wrath of Hellscream - (R) Become unstoppable for 8 seconds, during this time cooldown times for basic abilities are drastically reduced and Rage is at maximum limit.

Level 13 Talents

Fires of Hatred - Enemies in melee range take constant damage equal to a percent of current amount of Rage.

Extra Chain - (W) Strangle has two charges and can be applied to two heroes at once, but cooldown is increased.

Ferocious Shoulder Bash - (Q) At the end of the first charge, apply free Rend to target, as well as stunning them. (This Rend doesn't apply to the Warlord's Cunning quest talent.)

Relentless Shoulder Bash - (Q) After the first charge of Shoulder Bash, can immediately use an untalented version of Shoulder Bash in the next 1 second.

Level 16 Talents

Bloodthirst - Basic ability damage and auto-attacks against enemy heroes heal Garrosh for a percent of damage dealt. This ability is enhanced by Rage.

Merciless Grasp - (W) Strangle now slows regardless of how far the target is, but the range at which the chain can be broken is reduced.

Focused Fury - Higher amounts of Rage decrease the duration of stuns, silents and roots.

Bleed Them Out - (E) Enemies take more Bleed damage from Rend at high amounts of Rage.

Level 20 Talents

Pitch-drenched Star - (R) Iron Star has reduced cooldown, and now leaves a trail of flaming pitch in the path before the explosion, which damages and slows enemies.

Hellscream's Warsong - (R) Wrath of Hellscream lasts longer and it's cooldown is reduced for every basic attack against him during it's duration.

Nexus Blades - Deal more basic attack damage, and basic attacks slow.

Mindless Rage - Nearby allies that take damage give Garrosh Rage. (This applies to heroes, mercenaries, and minions. Not structures.)

Notes

- Changed nature of trait Rage so that Garrosh has 100% upon spawning, or hearthing.

- Reduced silence duration of Strangle.

- Decreased cooldown of Shoulder Bash


I'm aware that some of the numbers for this hero are missing, but I want to give a general idea of what Garrosh should be as a warrior. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
