Level 1

Slimier Spray (w)- Slime Spray deals 10% more damage if Grobbulus already controls a Living Slime
Pointier Injectors- Grobbulus' basic attacks have a longer range
From Death Comes Life- Whenever Grobbulus kills an enemy hero, summon a Living Slime that lasts for 8 seconds and deals 46 damage per second.

Level 4

Construct Quarter- Grobbulus' Living Slimes last for 1 more second
Toxic Cloud (Quest)(q)- Quest: Summon 40 Living Slimes with Poison Cloud. Reward: Your Living Slimes summon a Living Slime whenever they kill an enemy minion.
Thunder of Thadius- Grobbulus has 10% increased movement speed.

Level 7

Plagued Steeds- Reduce the cooldown of Killer of Steeds by 5 seconds.
Spreading Plague (e)- Mutating Injection spreads to nearby enemy heroes if the target dies.
Double the Toxicity (w)- Slime Spray has two cooldowns

Level 10

Devious Poisons (Heroic)- Mark an enemy hero. When it dies, summon 5 Devious Oozes that last for 12 seconds and deal 44 damage per second.
Unprepared Visitor (Heroic)- Choose an enemy hero. Create a copy of it that you control. You cannot be attacked by any other enemy heroes except the one that you copied. Lasts for 30 seconds.

Level 13

Not only Toxic, but Frozen (Combat Trait)- Enemy heroes near Grobbulus are slowed by 10% of their movement speed
Lethal Poison- Grobbulus' basic attacks deal 5% more damage for every Living Slime alive.
Servant of the King- When at 10% health or less, Grobbulus regenerates health at twice the normal rate.

Level 16

Permanent Mutation (e)- Mutating Injection has 2 charges
Improved Mutation (e)- Mutating Injection summons a Devious Ooze instead of a Living Ooze that deals 44 damage per second and lasts 12 seconds.
Developing Mutation (e)- If Grobbulus kills an enemy hero with Mutating Injection, it deal 20% more damage to the next hero it hits.

Level 20

Even More Devious (Heroic)- Devious Poisons has 2 charges
You is Dumb (Heroic)- Unprepared Visitor deals 24 damage to the hero Grobbulus choose for every second that Grobbulus controls a copy of them for.
Healing Injectors- Grobbulus' basic attacks heal him for 10% of the damage done.
Not Like Stiches! (w)- Slime Spray slows the target and pulls them towards Grobbulus.
