Gui Montag

Dominion Firebat

A corporal of the Confederacy's Omega Squadron during the victory over Tal Qirat. He has since re-purposed his efforts for the Dominion following the successful zerg invasion of Tarsonis. According to him, all opponents look good when charred beyond recognition.

In Heroes of the Storm, Gui Montag is a warrior who specializes in reducing the damage he takes while remaining an active threat.

Combat Trait

1
Ashes to Ashes
Passive

Enemies who are doused are dealt an additional 11 (+ 3 per level) damage per second for 3 seconds when struck by a basic attack, Ignite, or Plasma Incinerator Cannon. This damage is increased by 100% on minions and mercenaries.

Ashes to Ashes cannot stack with itself, but its duration can be reset.

Primary Abilities

1
Volatile Gasoline
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Mana Cost: 20
Area Targeted

Coat an area in gasoline. Enemies in the radius are doused and slowed by 10% (+1% per level) for 3 seconds. Doused enemies deal 25% less damage to your hero.
2
Ignite
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Mana Cost: 40
Cone Targeted

Enemies in a cone are dealt 34 (+14 per level) damage. If an enemy within the cone is doused, the cooldown of Ignite is reduced by 40%.
3
Perdition Thrusters
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Mana Cost: 90
Hero Targeted

Rush to the targeted enemy hero dealing 20 (+10 per level) damage and silencing for 1 second. If the target is doused, the target is instead stunned for the duration it would be silenced. The targeted hero does 25% less damage to all targets for 1 second following the silence.

Heroic Abilities

1
Plasma Incinerator Cannon
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Mana Cost: 100
Line Targeted

A long line of flames cover the ground in a line extending from your hero. These flames deal 30 (+12 per level) damage per second and persist for 5 seconds. Enemies who are both doused and under the effect of this damage deal an additional 25% less damage to your hero.
2
CMC-660 Juggernaut Plating
Passive

Whenever you cast an ability, nearby allied heroes gain a 30 (+8 per level) shield that does not naturally expire. This shield cannot stack, but will reset when another ability is cast.

Your hero instead gains a 50 + (10 per level) shield that takes 25% less damage from all sources.

Overview

I personally just threw together this skill-set in order to create what I think would be a viable Starcraft Warrior. Heroes of the Storm currently lacks those, but I decided not to try my hand with Fenix. As the skills came together, Gui Montag became a Warrior with decent damage who focuses on keeping his enemies doused to take less damage from them. I didn't want him to suffer from the problem Chen has where he's easy to ignore, so Perdition Thrusters and both his Heroics fit the bill.

As for health per level and other attributes of that nature, I'm not really sure. It would take testing. His health would probably be below average for a warrior (much like Anub'arak) to make up for the fact that he reduces the damage he takes.

The damage values, percentages, and scalings are just ballpark estimates. That goes for both above and below in the talents. I'm concerned as it stands Gui might be overpowered, but it's hard to say without seeing it in action.
