If you stand still for 1 second, you pull out your portable counter. Allies can click on you to get a drink and heal for a medium amount over 5 seconds. 30 seconds cooldown on each ally.
(maybe have 50 armor or even immune in the direction of the counter)
talent ideas:
attach wheels on your portable counter and have the passive for 4 seconds while moving (probably lvl 13 or 16)
