Archangel of Valor

Imperius, The Archangel of Valor, is the greatest warrior in all of creation. His foes in Sanctuary is defeated and the only enemies left is in the Nexus. Imperius will lead his allies to victory and will destroy anyone, who serves Darkness

Combat Trait

(D) Archangel of Valor
(Cooldown: 30 seconds)
Activate to increase Passive armor bonus by an additional 2 armor for each nearby hero for 6 seconds. Nearby allies gain armor equal to half of all Imperius' armor.
Passive: Imperius gains 6 armor for each nearby hero.

Primary Abilities

(Q) Archangel Charge
(Cooldown: 15 seconds)
Imperius enters stasis for 1 second and gains 125% movement speed for it's duration. After 1 second or when reactivate, Imperius leaves stasis, stun nearby enemies for 1 second and deal 154(+4% with level) to them. Imperius gains 5 armor for each enemy hit.

(W) Valor incarnation
(Cooldown: 4 seconds)
Deal 90(+4% with level) damage to nearby enemies and gain shiekd equal to 35% of the damage dealt for 4 seconds.
The damage is increased by 1% for each 1 armor Imperius has.

(E) Holy Fire
(Cooldown: 10 seconds)
Channel and deal 30 (+4% with lvl) damage to the enemy hero per 0.25 second for 3 second.
After channeling for 1 second Holy Fire will also slow enemy hero for 35% while it is channeling.
After channeling for 2 seconds Holy Fire will also deal additional damage equal to 1% of the target's maximum Health per 0.25 second.

Heroic Abilities

(R1) Spear of Valor
(Cooldown: 60 seconds)
Channel for 1 second. After that Solarion, the Spear of Valor, will land in the target location and stun all enemies in a large area for 1.5 seconds and slow for 40% for 1.5 seconds after that. Imperius instantly teleports to Solarion, gains 25% Attack Damage and 25% Attack Speed.

(R2) Guardian of Heavens
(Cooldown: 70 seconds)
Activate to gain shield equal to 1% of your maximum Health for each 1 armor you have and Unstoppable for 10 seconds. If shield is destroyed within 10 seconds, Imprerius gains +50% Damage, 25% Movement Speed for 5 seconds.

Level 1 Talents

Justice Rush (Q):
During Archangel Charge Imperius can walk though heroes, walls and natural objects. Whenever Imprius goes through an enemy hero, the cooldown of Archangel Charge is lowered by 2 seconds

Valor Incarnation (W):
Quest: Hit enemy heroes 60 times with Valor Incarnation.
Reward: The cooldown of Valor Incarnation is lowered by 0.5 seconds every time Imperius is Hit by ene,y hero basic attack.

Wrath of Heavens (E):
If Holy Fire is channeled for it's whole duration, the cooldown is instantly reset and Imperius gains 30 spell armor for next 4 seconds

Holy Defense (D):
Quest: Spend 60 seconds while above 35 armor.
Reward: Imperius passively has additional 15 armor.

Level 4 Talents

Demon Slayer (D):
Imperius gains additional 25 Physical armor, reducing enemy Hero basic attack damage taken by 25% for 6 seconds.
This bonus does not granted to allies.

Angelic armor (D):
Imperius gains additional 25 Spell armor, reducing enemy hero spell damage taken by 25% for 6 seconds.
This bonus does not granted to allies.

Fortitude (Passive):
While above 35 armor Imperius has Unstoppable.

Level 7 Talents

Glorius Fight (Q):
If Imperius has 20 or more armor, Angelic Charge cooldown recharges 100% faster.

Valorness Foes (W):
Valor Incarnation deals 30% more damage to Stunned, Slowed and Rooted enemies.

Imperius' Wrath (E):
While Imperius is channeling Holy Fire he is slowing nearby enemies for 50% and gains 10 armor for each second Holy Fire is channeled for it's duration.

Honor of Heavens (Passive):
While above 35 armor, Imperius has 15% more movement and attack speed.

Level 13 Talents

Weakness is fatal (W):
Heroes, who took damage from Valor Incarnation, will take additional 2% more damage for Imperius' next basic attack for each 1 armor Imperius has. Lasts 4 seconds.

Fire of Valor (E):
Holy Fire grants Imperius shield equal to 1.25% of his maximum Health every 0.25% second Holy Fire is channeled for 6 seconds.
While Imperius has more then 35 armor, the amount of shields gained is doubled.

Archangel Lider (Passive):
While above 35 armor Imperius' Basic abilities recharges 100% faster.

Level 16 talents

Archangel of Valor (W):
Increase the bonus damage from armor to 2% for each 1 of Imperius' armor. Additionally, Imperius gains 2.5 armor for 6 seconds for each hero hit by Valor Incarnation. The duration is refreshed whenever Imperius damages 2 or more enemy Heroes with Valor Incarnation.

Endless Pain (E):
Holy Fire deals additional damage equal to 1.25% of the target's maximum Health every 0.25 second. If it is channeled for it's whole duration, deal damage to the target equal to 15% of it's maximum Health.

True Warrior (Passive):
Imperius gains shields equal to 1% of the damage he deals to enemy heroes for 4 seconds for each 1 of his armor. Dealing damage to enemy Heroes refreshes it's duration.

First to battle (Active):
(Cooldown: 50 seconds)

Activate to gain 35 armor for 10 seconds. While Imperius has 50% or less Health, this cooldown recharges 200% faster.

Level 20 Talents

Final Battle (R1):
Spear of Valor cooldown is reduced for 15 seconds for each enemy Hero hit and the channel time is reduced to 0.5 seconds.

Rage(R2): Imperius automatically Taunt every Hero he Basic attacked, forcing them to attack Imperius and unable to use their abilities, while the Shield from Guardian of Heavens is active, but for this time his armor is reduced to 0.

Aspect of Wrath (Passive):
While above 35 armor Imperius deals 50% more damage and his Abilities and Basic attacks slows enemies for 25% for 4 seconds.

Shields of Valor (D):
Imperius gains Shield equal to 1% of his maximum Health for each 2 armor he has. While he has that shield, his spell damage is increased for the amount of shields Imperius has.

Purge the Weakness (Active):
(Cooldown: 45 seconds)

Activate to make nearby ally hero with most missing Health Protected for 2.5 seconds.

I noticed you refer to armor as a %, but it's really not. I'd suggest you change all the places you refer to armor by removing the percentage (%) symbol. Otherwise I really like this concept!
