Imperius

Talents

Tier 1

- Block: Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50% . Stores up to 2 charges.

- Regeneration Master: Increases Health Regeneration by 4 per second. Every 3 Regeneration Globes gathered increases this bonus by 4.

- Solarion's Puissance: Solarion's Might deals 25% more damage to Heroes.

- Censorship: Censure's damage prevention effect now also reduces the damage of attackers by 50% for 1.5 second.


Tier 2

- Amplified Healing: Increases regeneration effects and all healing received by 30%.

- Perpetuity: Eternal Wrath now also reduces the Mana cost of your Basic Abilities.

- Long Arm of the Law: Increases the range of Ultimatum by 100%.

- Fury Unbound: Solarion's Might now removes movement impairing effects from you.


Tier 3

- Battle Momentum: Basic Attacks reduce Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds.

- Searing Attacks: Activate to increase Basic Attack damage by 50% for 5 seconds. Each attack costs 15 Mana.

- Gag Order: Censure area of effect increased by 200%.

- Forced Guilt: Ultimatum now causes the target to be damaged for 15% of any damage you take.


Tier 4

- Heavenfall

- Divine Covenant


Tier 5

- Burning Rage: Deals 10 (+2) damage per second to nearby enemies.

- Relentless: Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, and roots and polymorphs against your Hero by 50%.

- Contempt: Solarion's Might's cooldown is reduced by 50% if it does not hit a Hero, and 50% of its mana cost is also refunded.

- Celestial Wail: Censure deals 100% more damage.

- Absolute Burden: Ultimatum's effect is increased by 5%.


Tier 6

- Blood for Blood: Activate to steal 15% of target enemy's Max Health and slow its Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.

- Imposing Presence: Enemies that attack you have their Attack Speed slowed by 50%.

- Perfect Strike: Solarion's Might gains a fourth step: Step 4: Reactivating delivers a brutal blow to a single target, dealing 100 (+14) damage.

- Stillness: Censure now prevents three sources of damage.

- Appeal: Store up to two charges of Ultimatum.


Tier 7

- Nexus Blades: Basic attacks deal 20% more damage and slow the target for 1 second.

- Rewind: Activate to refresh the cooldown of your Basic Abilities.

- Heavencrash: Heavenfall creates a gate at its cast and arrival location, allowing allied Heroes to teleport through.

- Brother in Arms: Imperius and target allied hero both gain X (%?) maximum Health and damage taken is evenly split between the two for the duration.

but what are the rest of the abilities because i don't see any and the heroics i know only their level 20 upgrade, this may be a lag that happened only to me so i am not saying this in anger.

I feel like Divine Covenant should be a mix of Jaina's Wintermute and Gall to Cho. So when you do the abilities they come out of the Ally you've made the covenant with, but they can still use their own abilities. Maybe have it so that at Lv 10 they shoot out the same direction you shoot yours in, but at Lv 20 they will target what you target also like wintermute

Nice concept, but the Heroic Divine Covenant is so weak, change to anything like "ascend to sky and deal some damage" ;).

The poster below gave a pretty good example; it would be similar to the level 20 upgrade for Jaina'a water elemental. When you use a skill, your targeted ally also uses it.

Say you use Q (step 1) and dash in a certain direction, your ally would do the same, dealing damage in the process and so on.

I assume that it works the same way as Jaina's lvl 20 water golem.
