Itherael

Archangel of Fate

Itherael is a minorly supportive Assassin(or specialist if that's what you think this kit belongs under) that can gaze into the future, using this both as an offensive and defensive tool.

Rough Level 0 Stats

Health - 1750
Health Regeneration - 3.65

Basic Attack Damage - 85
Attack Speed - 1.5

Combat Trait

1
[D] - Witness the Future
Passive; Pretty useful
Itherael passively views all enemies' most recent movement commands, including those completed(Such as someone standing still). He has no idea, however, which command belongs to which enemy.

Range - Global.

Primary Abilities

1
[Q] - Temporal Strike
Active; I have no idea how I want this ability to hit people!
Itherael sweeps an area in front of himself left-to-right(from him), dealing 220 damage to all enemies hit. Enemies hit are slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds, during which time their cooldowns tick 50% slower. Itherael's basic attacks against the Slowed target prolong the effect by 0.2 seconds.

Area - Roughly 70° arc, out to 2.5 units.
Cooldown - 7 seconds.
Cost - 40 Mana.
2
[W] - Glimpse at Fate
Active; Predictions Incarnate
Itherael gains a flat 100 armor for 0.4 seconds. 'Taking damage' while this effect is active reveals the attacker to Itherael for 4 seconds, and marks their movement commands specifically during this time with a small portrait.

Charges - 2.
Cooldown between Charges - 3 seconds.
Charge Cooldown - 14 seconds.
Cost - 50 Mana.
3
[E] - Predictive Translocation
Active; You're just waiting for them wherever they're going now.
Itherael teleports instantly to an enemy movement command nearby himself. The first Basic Attack against the hero who's movement command you teleported to within 6 seconds deals 100% additional damage as ability damage(85 Physical/85 Ability).

Range - 10.
Cooldown - 9 seconds.
Cost - 35 Mana.

Heroic Abilities

1
[R] - Inescapable Fate
Active; Hyper-Mobility to such a degree Tracer has been shamed.
Itherael enters a state of immense mobility for 10 seconds; Movement commands teleport Itherael 2.5 units towards them, with a small internal cooldown of somewhere around 0.2-0.25 seconds. His attack commands also teleport him towards his attack target, up to 3 units away. Basic attacks executed from a teleport like this(being in melee range does not proc this) deal 200% increased damage as Ability damage(85 Physical/170 Ability). Attack commands share the same internal cooldown as movement commands.

Cooldown - 80 seconds.
Cost - 80 Mana.
2
[R] - Alternate Fates
Active; Screw the rules, I know fate!
Itherael temporarily alters fate; The targeted allied hero gains access to their alternate Heroic ability for 10 seconds. If used during this time, Itherael's Alternate Fates ability goes on the alternate Heroic's cooldown, and the chosen hero's Heroic is placed on a 10 second cooldown, or its cooldown is increased by 10 seconds if already used. If not used, Itherael is refunded 75% of the mana used for this ability, and the allies' heroic is immediately available for use after the duration. Itherael may press the [R] key to remove access to the alternate heroic ability early, with a cooldown of 1 second after initially triggering the ability; Just in case.

Varian... Uh.... Er......
I don't know.

Cooldown - 110 seconds.
Cost - 120 Mana.
