Izsha

The Queen's Adjutant

A Ranged Support providing reconnaissance and healing through Stealth.

Former field medic Amanda Haley was captured by the Queen of Blades long ago, made into a Zerg for her, and worked as the servitor of the streams of memory data collected by the Zerg. Upon the Queen's return, she provided her knowledge and support once again to Her Majesty.

Tips:
-Adapted Camouflage gives Izsha a unique survival tool and utility. Be careful with it though, skillshots can still reveal you and make you vulnerable.
-Transfusion is a consistent heal that can be used within Stealth. Use it on yourself to stay in lane and soak when you can't fight.
-Poisoned Stinger is a fast way to dish out some damage to Heroes. Make sure you're in position to use it or you might hit the wrong target.
-Worm Assault can be useful in a CC chain with other Heroes. The worm left behind afterwards can keep enemies from catching you while mounted.
-Leviathan gives Izsha a strong tool of area denial. Lock enemies out of an objective with it or keep them pressured in a team fight.
-Pure Essence is the better supportive Ability in sustained fights. Warriors and other high Health Heroes gain the most benefit from it due to its percentage based healing.

Strengths:
+Increased survival through Stealth
+CC options/talents
+Strong Heroics
+Better healing on healthy teams

Weaknesses:
-Low Health without Stealth
-Low damage
-Little utility

Combat Trait

1
Adapted Camouflage
Izsha gains Stealth when out of combat for 4 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, using certain Abilities, or channeling ends Adapted Camouflage.

Primary Abilities

1
Transfusion
Mana Cost: 40
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Izsha heals an ally for 300 (+4% per level) Health. Transfusion doesn't end Adapted Camouflage.
2
Poisoned Stinger
Mana Cost: 30
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Izsha jabs out with a pincer quickly, dealing 120 (+4% per level) damage to the first enemy hit. If a Hero is hit, it deals an additional 120 (+4% per level) damage over 6 seconds.
3
Worm Assault
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 14 seconds

Izsha calls a worm to rise up after 1 second and attack enemies in an area, dealing 185 (+4% per level) damage and stunning enemies for 1 second on impact. The worm deals 80 (+4% per level) damage per second afterwards and lasts for 6 seconds. Enemies cannot see where the worm will emerge.

Heroic Abilities

1
Leviathan
Mana Cost: 120
Cooldown: 120 seconds

Izsha calls down a Leviathan to support her team for 12 seconds. Enemies in the area take 80 (+4% per level) damage per second and are slowed by 30%. Does not damage Structures.
2
Pure Essence
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 80 seconds

Izsha implants an allied Hero with essence, healing them for 50% of their Maximum Health over 10 seconds.

Level 1 Talents

Opportunistic Stalker (D): While Stealthed, increase Izsha's vision radius by 50% and Movement Speed by 25%.

Cloaking Recovery (D): While Stealthed, Izsha gains 10 Health and 2 Mana per second.

Adaptive Barrier (D): Izsha gains 50 Spell Armor while Stealthed.

Level 4 Talents

Temporary Carapace (Q): Transfusion gives its target 2 stacks of Block, reducing damage from the next 2 Heroic Basic Attacks by 75%. Allied Heroes can have 2 charges.

Psionic Venom (W): Poisoned Stinger reduces the Spell Power of Heroes hit by 25% for 6 seconds.

Symbiotic Sappers (E): Izsha's worms' Basic Attacks heal her for 50% of their damage and slow enemies by 20% for 1 second.

Level 7 Talents

Reinforced Pincer (W): Poisoned Stinger pierces all targets. Quest: Hit 3 Heroes at once with Poisoned Stinger.
Reward: When Poisoned Stinger hits a Hero, Izsha gains Stealth.

Emergence Impact (E): Increase the area of Worm Assault by 60%. Enemies in the additional area take 50% damage and are slowed by 50% for 1.5 seconds instead.

Psionic Clarity (D): While Stealthed, Basic Ability cooldowns recover 50% faster.

Level 13 Talents

Biomass Reconstruction (Q): Transfusion heals bonus Health equal to 3% of the Hero's maximum Health.

Neural Reactivation (Q): Transfusion removes stuns, roots, and silences from the target.

Telepathic Link (E): Worm Assault no longer ends Adapted Camouflage.

Level 16 Talents

Critical Strands (Q): When Transfusion heals a Hero below 50% Health, reduce its cooldown by 3 seconds.

Stinger Recoil (W): Poisoned Stinger slows Heroes hit by 60% fading over 2 seconds.

Colony Adrenaline (E): If Izsha's worm lasts its full duration, reduce Worm Assault's cooldown by 7 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Mental Uplink (R): Izsha merges with her Leviathan, resetting her Basic Ability cooldowns and reducing them by 50% and giving them additional effects:
Transfusion- Allies healed are healed for an additional 40 (+4% per level) Health per second that they remain in the Leviathan's range
Poisoned Stinger- Is now targeted and stuns the target for .5 seconds
Worm Assault- The worm emerges immediately and remains for Leviathan's full duration.

Refined Essence (R): Pure Essence restores 50% of the Hero's Mana over the duration and doesn't end Adapted Camouflage.

Hive Memory (Q): Casting Transfusion on a Hero other than the last Hero it was cast on casts an untalented version on each unique allied Hero since Hive Memory reset. This resets when Izsha dies or Transfusion targets the same Hero twice.

Assault Form (W + E): Poisoned Stinger gains 2 additional charges and Worm Assault gains 1.

First and foremost about the character itself, you didnt really explain how izsha would move...period. I mean shes literally connected to the leviathan from the ceiling. I know Abathur didnt move in SC but he has said himself he has and is capable ("wandered the tunnels of char, feral"). Izsha has literally never been able to leave the leviathan and was created for the sole purpose of basically being a combat log. She is probably the only zerg in existence incapable of fighting, from what we have seen in SC so far.

Now, all this doesnt mean she CANT be a hero who can move, fight, and what have you. Its just odd you ignore this glaring issue without any backstory or explanation to make it plausible.

The next part is purely if you was looking for feedback on the kit itself. If not, then disregard.

For the kit itself, its just boring and doesnt really seem to have a clear and distinct direction or theme. Just a lot of generic type abilities for example, you said

-Adapted Camouflage gives Izsha a unique survival tool and utility.

Its not unique, its literally the same trait zeratul and nova have and they was created back in 2013 as one of the first heroes. We've become so much more progressive and creative than this.

Despite that Izsha has never had anything to do with stealth, if you want to make a stealth support, you need to OWN it otherwise scrap it. Really double down on it. Stealth in heroes has always been for offensive purposes. How creative can you be in making it from a defensive/utility standpoint I wonder. If you want to go this route, make her whole kit revolve around it like Valeera

Q is just generic heal hero for X amount.
W is just generic deal X damage
E is kinda intersting
R1- is literally Tyrande's starfall
R2- Is generic heal hero

To be fair, this is probably one of the hardest designs you could possible do in the starcraft universe because Izsha has such a clean slate of what she COULD do while also being super restrictive because of character design.
