Jaina is in a really good place with a clear identity.
Her W talents are less then good though
- I could see players with a low skill level, or someone playing at a very high coordinated level wanting to pick Storm Front to be safer
and I wanted to apply some small changes to a couple of talents.

Snowstorm renamed to Ice Floes: After the first wave Blizzard now also slows any hero in the area by 10% (stack with chill) and the area persists for 2.5 seconds after the last wave.

Ice Blink now also chills targets at start location
Change icons for Ice Blink, Fingers of Frost, Frost Armor and Icefury Wand - possibly also Icy Veins
