Trade Prince of Bilgewater

An underhanded Melee Specialist who has others fight his battles while he profits.

Jastor Gallywix is the much-maligned Trade Prince of the Bilgewater Cartel, one of the most powerful goblin trade guilds on Kezan. Despite betraying his own people in a petty act of vengeance, he retains his position as Trade Prince of the Bilgewater Cartel in its service to the Horde.

Tips:
-Cartel's Cut encourages Jastor to fight for the lanes constantly in order to take Mercenaries early. In addition, using the bribe stacks earns him even more Spell Power, snowballing him into a late game casting threat.
-Bombs Away! is Jastor's main form of waveclear. Mind the fuse time on it, especially while using it against Heroes.
-Cluster Rockets gives Jastor a longer range and more hands-off form of damage. Lay it down over your escape route to cover your getaway or prevent enemies from fleeing from a fight.
-Pocket Factory is amazing at earning long term value and winning lanes without a constant presence. Be careful in placing them so that Heroes won't find them quickly.
-Transmute supercharges Jastor's ability to camp clear and makes him a surprising executioner in team fights. Its largest downside is the fact that it is so short-ranged.
-The Big One gives Jastor the chance to make plays for his team. Combo it with allies who have knockback and on-demand damage to set it off quickly and keep it centered on the enemy team.
-Take the Money and Run lets Jastor have some flexibility in his movement. He has the ability to rotate lanes in no time or run far off to split push by strategically spending bribe stacks.

Combat Trait

Cartel's Cut
Killing a Minion grants a stack of Bribe and participating in takedowns grants 10 stacks. Use 25 stacks to bribe a Mercenary, instantly defeating them and granting Jastor 4% Spell Power. Does not work on Bosses.

Maximum of 100 stacks of Bribe.

Mana Cost: 30
Charge Cooldown: 10 seconds


Hurl a stick of dynamite, exploding after 2 seconds for 200 (+4%) damage. Has 3 charges. Charges replenish all at once.

Cluster Rockets
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds


Launch a barrage of rockets at an area over 4 seconds, dealing 40 (+4%) damage every .5 seconds. Enemies hit are slowed by 25% for .75 seconds.

Pocket Factory
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 20 seconds


Place a factory down that spawns Clockwerk Goblins with 220 (+4%) Health every 10 seconds. The Goblins deal 30 (+4%) damage per second and explode for 125 (+4%) damage on death. The factory is destroyed by 2 Basic Attacks. Maximum of 2 factories active at once.

Heroic Abilities

Cooldown: 50 seconds


Instantly kill a Minion, non-Boss Mercenary, or Hero with 15% Health or less and turn them to gold. Enemies killed this way grant 500% more Bribe stacks. If used on a Minion or Mercenary, lower the cooldown by 50%.

The Big One
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 100 seconds


Place a giant bomb that explodes after 8 seconds, dealing 900 (+4%) damage to all enemies in range and knocking them back. Allies can damage the bomb to set it off sooner.

Special Mount

Take the Money and Run
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Increase your Movement Speed by 40% for 4 seconds. Cast Cartel's Cut on self to extend the duration by 4 seconds by expending 10 bribe stacks. Always active at the Altar.

Level 1 Talents

Where's My Cut? (D): Allied Minions that die near Jastor or his Clockwerk Goblins grant a stack of Bribe.

Easy Racket (D): Gathering Regeneration Globes grant 5 stacks of Bribe.

Big Bounty (D): Hero takedowns grant 100% more Bribe stacks.

Level 4 Talents

EZ-Thro Dynamite (Q): Quest: Hit 30 Heroes with Bombs Away!
Reward: Bombs Away! gains an additional charge and increase its radius by 40%.

Rocko-pocalypse (W): Quest: Hit 100 Heroes with Cluster Rockets.
Reward: Increase Cluster Rocket's radius by 50% and damage by 30%.

Big Business (E): Quest: Spawn 300 Clockwerk Goblins.
Rewards: Increase the max number of Pocket Factories to 3 and reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds.

Level 7 Talents

Start-up Bonus (E): Placing down a Pocket Factory instantly spawns 3 Clockwerk Goblins.

Up the Arsenal (D): Use 10 stacks of bribe on a Minion wave to give it 50 Armor from non-Heroic sources and increase its damage by 50%. Lasts 30 seconds.

Cut Our Losses (Z): Taking damage from Heroic sources reduces the cooldown of Take the Money and Run by 1.5 seconds.

Level 13 Talents

Hi-Explosives (Q): Bombs Away! stuns enemies hit for .5 seconds.

Suppression Volley (W): Increase Cluster Rocket's slow to 40%.

Long-Term Investment (Passive): Increase the damage scaling of Jastor's Basic Abilities and Clockwerk Goblins to 6% per level.

Level 16 Talents

Shell-Shocker (W): Heroes hit by 3 consecutive ticks of Cluster Rocket are stunned for 1 second. This effect can only trigger once perHero per cast of Cluster Rocket.

Goblin Engineering (E): Decrease the Clockwerk Goblin spawn time by 5 seconds.

War Profiteer (D): Minion kills and allied Minion deaths grant 100% more stacks of bribe.

Level 20 Talents

The 25th Karat (R): Transmute can kill Heroes with 25% Health or less and grant up to 100 Bribe stacks on Hero kills.

The Bigger One (R): Increase the damage, radius, fuse time, and Mana Cost of The Big One by 50%.

Screw the Rules! (D): Cartel's Cut can bribe Boss Mercenaries by using 100 stacks and non-Boss Mercenaries taken by enemies.

Infinite Munitions (Q + W): Hitting enemy Heroes with Bombs Away! reduces its cooldown by 1 second per Hero. The same is true for Cluster Rockets.
