-I think Carrion Vine could stand to be a little stronger
-(16 Talent) Cycle of Nature could stand to be a little stronger for a 16 talent.
-I think Cyclone (W) could also have a little DoT similar to boss tornados. Or allow him to talent into DoT on them, but regardless it's a great concept and fits the Druid perfectly.
-No Hurricane anywhere? :(
-Nature's Grasp is a nice idea but I think there could be another D2 Druid skill in here to replace it. I think having Molten Boulder as a slow moving skillshot with massive damage could synergize really nicely with his other two basic abilities.
Regardless it's a really sick concept and I enjoy all Diablo 2 concepts! Well done!
P.S. The way you do the talents section is amazing, would you mind sharing how you do it?
As for the talents, I just write them up in Excel and then set the cell colours to match those thare are used on here. Then I copy it into Paint, save, upload, and bam!
