The Phase-Smith

Karax is a ranged Healer that is good at helping his team defend important locations and using his structures to his advantage.

Combat Trait

Reconstruction Beam
Karax passively targets up to 3 nearby friendly Heroes, Minions, or Mercenaries with his Reconstruction Beam, healing them for 24(ish) every second.

Reconstruction Beam prioritizes targeting Heroes with the lowest health. Heroes targeted by the Reconstruction Beam that have more than 50% of their health also have 10 Armor.

Primary Abilities

(Q) Solarite Servitor
Deploy a Solarite Servitor to protect a target allied Hero or Structure within range, giving them a 500(ish) hit point Shield for 6 seconds or until it is depleted.

While a Hero has this Shield, they are automatically targeted by Karax's Reconstruction Beam over any distance without affecting Karax's maximum targets and gain 15 Armor.

If Solarite Servitor (Q) lasts for its full duration, its cooldown is decreased by 4 seconds.

(W) Chrono Overload
Increase the movement and attack speeds of allied Heroes and Structures in an aura around Karax that lasts for 4 seconds.

Allied Heroes in Chrono Overload (W)'s aura have their movement speeds increased by 30% and their attack speeds increased by 20%.

Allied Structures in the aura have their attack speed increased by 15%.

(E) Khalai Ingenuity
Deploy a Solarite Pylon onto the battlefield into an area within range over 2 seconds.

The Pylon has 500(ish) health and heals allied Heroes in its moderately sized Power Field for 90(ish) every second. After 8 seconds, the Pylon warps out.

If the Pylon is affected by Chrono Overload (W), it heals allied Heroes 50% more often.

Heroic Abilities

(R) Spear of Adun
Karax passively unlocks the Spear of Adun ability when he reaches Level 10. His Heroic Talents are instead used to determine which E ability the Spear gets.

Karax warps onboard the Spear of Adun after channeling for 3 seconds. While onboard, Karax's Q, W, and E abilities change into orbital abilities from the Spear of Adun. Karax can stay onboard for up to 12 seconds, or until you use Spear of Adun (R) again to end the ability early.

Afterwards, Karax warps back to his original location over 1 second.

(R Q) Orbital Assault
Mark 3 locations anywhere your team has vision for the Spear of Adun to bombard, dealing 300(ish) damage to enemies hit increased by 25% against Minions and Mercenaries.

(R W) Stasis Field
Target a location anywhere your team has vision. After 1 second, the Spear of Adun places all Heroes in that location into Stasis for 2 seconds.

(R E1) Purifier Beam
Fire a concentrated Purifier Beam onto a large area inside your team's vision on the battlefield that deals 1500(ish) damage to enemies inside of it over 10 seconds. The Spear of Adun cannot cast other abilities while channeling the beam.

The Purifier Beam deals 50% reduced damage to Structures.

(R E2) Unity Barrier
Grant all allied Heroes a 750(ish) hit point Shield for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, affected Heroes regain health equal to 50% of the damage sustained by the Shield over the duration.
