NOTE: All Warp-In active talents has the same rules as a Zealot- Warp-Ins attack the nearest enemy/lane; Warp-In delay is 3s and cost 15 mana per second. If a Warp-In leaves the powerfield while warping-in it automatically dies.

Wish I could upvote this more than once!
Totally fits what I would envision would be Karax' playstyle.
Of course it would have to be balanced and playtested via Blizzard to become an actual hero, but you seemed to hit the nail on the head with the whole, 'balance' thing. Very good job.

This concept is truly amazing and actually think you (the creator) deserves to have this as a hero in HotS.
