Kazakus

The Master Alchemist

Kazakus is a Zandalari troll that spearheads a criminal organization that combines the arcane intellect of the mage, the manipulative magics of the priest, and the dark, hidden agenda of the warlock. They call themselves The Kabal. Kazakus's objective is to seize control of the Streets of Gadgetzan; a goal shared by two other rival gangs. Using his vast knowledge of Alchemy, he brews some of the most powerful and dangerous potions in the world. Upon obtaining intel concerning the Nexus, Kazakus believes he can use its power to conquer his enemies once and for all!
(Kazakus is an original character to Hearthstone and is likely the only card with enough details to create a MOBA character concept)

His ultimate is based on the fact that you can create your own custom card with him in Hearthstone. It is an area of effect ability, but what that area does is determined by his lv 1, 10 and 20 talents. The choices are centered around team fight value and pushing power. So if you don't choose a talent at level 1, his ultimate does nothing. You keep adding effects as you level up. Does that help explain things better?
