Kel'Thuzad

The Lich

"Your curiosity will be the death of you."

A once necromancer killed and then reborn as the eternal servant of the Lich King, Kel'Thuzad now rules the scourge in his master's name. His endless army of the damned can sweep over any land and devour it whole within days. Now the lord of Naxxramas has arrived to the Nexus, ready to sow the seed of death among those who would dare oppose his conquest.

Combat Trait

Chilling Presence

Any melee attacks against Kel'Thuzad slow the attacker for two seconds.

Primary Abilities

Frozen Blast
Deal X damage to all enemies around the target. [6 second cooldown.]

Unholy Pact
Damage target for 15% of current health to create a shield that blocks 85% of all incoming damage for 2 seconds. [10 second cooldown.]

Time is doubled on friendly Minions and Mercs.

Necrotic Shard
Place a Necrotic Shard. The Shard shall summon a zombie directly into the nearest lane every 8 seconds. Two shards max at one time. [10 second cooldown.]

Heroic Abilities

Death and Decay
A channelled AoE spell that deals extra damage to structures and minions, ramping up until the end of the channel. Moving or casting another spell cancels the channelling. [60 second cooldown.]

Call of the Necropolis
A Necropolis is summoned to the target location, staying there until destroyed or resummoned elsewhere. It attacks nearby enemies and regularly spawns a small group of zombies that instantly stream down the nearest lane. Destroying the Necropolis restarts the cooldown. [90 second cooldown.]

Level 1

- Conjurer's Pursuit.
- If cast on self, Unholy Pact only drains 5% of your current health and lasts for 4 seconds.
- The area of Frozen Blast is extended.
- Zombies have extra HP and deal extra damage.

Level 4

- Frozen Blast also hits the target if it is an enemy.
- Unholy Pact also increases damage dealt.
- Unholy Pact also increase movement speed.
- Each Necrotic Shard now only takes 1 damage from every attack, but only has 3(+current level) Hp. (Kinda like chests in Blackheart's Bay)
- Chilling Presence becomes a toggleable aura that affects all nearby allies, but drains mana on use.

Level 7

- The target of Unholy Pact slowly regenerates 10% of the health lost.
- Those hit by Frozen Blast are slowed.
- Chilling Presence also deals damage to attacker, and applies to ranged attacks as well.
- You can now place 3 Necrotic Shards.

Level 10

- Death and Decay.
- Call of the Necropolis.

Level 13

- Unholy Pact can also be cast on buildings. Buildings will take no damage when cast upon.
- Kel'Thuzad's auto attack will shortly stun those that have been hit by Frozen Blast in the last three seconds.
- Ice Block.
- Any regular minion that dies two seconds after being attacked by a zombie becomes a zombie.

Level 16

- Overdrive.
- When cast on allies, Frozen Blast also creates a shield that lasts for two seconds.
- Shards gain stealth, uncloaking for 4 seconds when summoning a zombie.
- Upon death, drops a Phylactery that lasts for 10 seconds. Allied heroes may right click to decrease Kel'Thuzad's ressurection timer by four seconds for each second channeled/hero.

Level 20

- Death & Decay has extended area of effect and plagues the ground, slowing enemy Heroes in the area by 10%.
- The necropolis now has extra HP, the area around it is plagued, increasing allied speed by 5% and also spawns a Meat Wagon (Technically a catapult) with every second wave.
- Bolt of the Storm.

Simply question : Why is this classified as a starcraft hero? Kelthuzad is part of the WoW universe, isn't he?
