LEADER OF THE KIRIN TOR

Khadgar is perhaps the most accomplished of all living wizards and one of the most powerful magi in Azerothian history. Khadgar currently acts as the leader of the Kirin Tor. He was an apprentice to the Guardian Medivh, until he helped defeat his possessed master. Though cursed with frailty and age, Khadgar nevertheless has been an exemplar for the Alliance, destroying the Dark Portal in the Second War, leading the Alliance Expedition to Draenor, and counterattacking against the Burning Legion and all who would threaten his world with annihilation.

As the leader of the Kirin Tor and one of the most powerful magi in existence, Khadgar has mastered the three branches of the Arcane known amongst all mages: Arcane, Fire and Frost.

Khadgar being as smart as he is powerful has the unique ability to blend these branches of magic together.

Combat Trait

Coalescence
Coalescence:

Each spell Khadgar casts grants him 1 Charge of Elemental Empowerment and 1 Stack of Coalescence up to a maximum of 3 stacks. Stacks of Coalescence are overwritten on the 3rd cast after a stack is generated (Spell 4 Overwrites Stack 1, Spell 8 Overwrites Stack 2, Spell 6 Overwites Stack 3, etc etc)

Each stack of Coalescence has an element. Arcane, Fire or Frost. These elements are combined to use Khadgars ultimate ability which changes depending on how many stacks of each element are consumed.

Elemental Empowerment

Causes the next spell of the same element (Arcane, Fire or Frost) to deal 5% increased damage.

Low-Med Cooldown

Fires a flurry of Ice shards in line damaging the first enemy 3 times for small amounts of damage. Each shard to strike the target slow it's movement speed by 5% lasting 3 seconds. Each shard refreshes this duration by 1 second and increases the slow by 5%.

Flurry Generates 1 Stack of Frost Coalescence and 1 Charge of Frost Empowerment.

If you hit a Hero burning from Dragons Breath it will shock the target, removing the burning effect and slowing them by an additional 2% per stack of Flurry

Med - Moderate Cooldown

Burns all enemies in a cone in front of you for a small amount of damage and causes them to burn for 0.5% of their maximum health every 0.5s for 2s, also reduces their armor by 10 for 1.5 seconds.

Dragons Breath Generates 1 Stack of Fire Coalescence and 1 Charge of Fire Empowerment.

If used on a hero effected by Flurry, remove the slow but cause an additional 0.5% health damage per 0.5s

Arcane Blast

After a short cast (0.25-0.5s), blast your target for small damage. Each consecutive cast of Arcane Blast increases this damage by 5% at the cost of additional mana. Stacks up to 3 times.

Each cast of Arcane Blast Generates 1 Stack of Arcane Coalescence and 1 Charge of Arcane Empowerment

If used on a Hero affected by Flurry OR Dragons Breath, Increase the damage of Arcane Blast by an additional 5% for the duration of these effects.

Unleashes a spell based on your current elemental stacks of Coalescence (2 or more stacks of the same element cause their respective ultimate to trigger. Each spell changes the cooldown of Unleash Energy)

Place a frost bomb on target for 5 seconds, causing them to be slowed by 25%. After 6 seconds your target explodes for moderate damage. Any enemies in the area are damaged for a small amount, and slowed by 10% for 2 seconds. Hitting the target with Flurry will cause it to explode early.

2 Frost, 1 Fire: 'Burn' targets for 0.5% of CURRENT health for 1.5s

Medium-Moderate Cooldown (60~80 Sec)

Causes your next Dragons Breath to deal damage equal to 3% of the targets MAX health per 0.5s and reduce their armor for an additional 1.5s. (Moderate Cooldown)

3 Fire: Reduce armor by an additional 20 instead of 10.
3 Fire, 1 Frost: Slow the targets by 5% while burning.
3 Fire, 1 Arcane Increases initial impact damage (not burning) by 10%

Moderate Cooldown (45~70 Sec)

Release all of your Arcane Blast stacks, shooting a beam of Arcane energy in a line, piercing all enemy units and Heroes for Moderate damage, reduced by 15% for each Hero hit. (Moderate Cooldown)

3 Arcane: Now only reduced by 5% per Hero hit
2 Arcane, 1 Frost: Also slows enemy Heroes hit by 10% for 2.5s
2 Arcane, 1 Fire: Also stuns the first Hero hit for 1s

Energy Storm

Medium-Long Cooldown (60~120 Sec)

1 Arcane, 1 Frost, 1 Fire

After 1.5s summon a large energy storm which damages all enemy Heroes for 4% of CURRENT health every 0.5s, Slows them by 3%, stacking every 0.25s to a maximum of 15% and causes them to GAIN +15 armor. that can not be reduced, but can be ignored by other Heroes talents/abilities.

Talents

Due to the immense power and concentration required to weave spells, Khadgar does not have a level 1 talent, and only gains a talent at level 6, 13 and 20

Tier 1 - Level 6

Passive: Reduces the Cooldown of basic abilities by 1 second but increases mana cost by 5

Glacial Eruption
Place a glaciar which erupts after 1.5s damaging all enemies in a small area and blocking all Heroes paths. Upon expiring, chills all enemy Heroes in a small area by 15% for 2s.

Grants 1 Charge of Frost Empowerment and 1 Stack of Frost Coalescence


Phoenix's Flames

Place a guardian Phoenix that reveals the area around it for 15s. If it removes a character from stealth, it damages them for 0.5% of their CURRENT health every second for 5 seconds.

Grants 1 Charge of Frost Empowerment and 1 Stack of Frost Coalescence


Arcane Anomally

Place a ball of Arcane Magic that arms after 1s and detonates when an enemy Hero steps on it dealing a low amount of damage and causing them to be knocked backwards and becoming blinded for 1s

Grants 1 Charge of Arcane Empowerment and 1 Stack of Arcane Coalescence

Tier 2 - Level 13

Passive: Reduces the Cooldown of Unleash Energy by 5 seconds

Frost Barrier
(Moderate - Medium Cooldown (20+ Secs)
Grants a shield for a moderate % of health and slows all enemies that attack you by 5% stacking up to 25%. Upon breaking, any enemies nearby that are slowed, are rooted for 0.75s (Does not root if it expires)

Grants 1 Charge of Frost Empowerment and 1 Stack of Frost Coalescence

Blazing Barrier
(Moderate - Medium Cooldown (20+ Secs)
Grants a shield for a moderate % of health and causes all damage taken while shielded to be healed over 8 seconds of the shield breaking. (No healing if it expires)

Grants 1 Charge of Fire Empowerment and 1 Stack of Fire Coalescence


Prismatic Barrier
(Moderate - Medium Cooldown (20+ Secs)
Grants a shield for a moderate % of health and increases armor by 10 for the duration of the shield and 2 seconds after it is broken. (No armor if it expires)

Grants 1 Charge of Arcane Empowerment and 1 Stack of Arcane Coalescence

Tier 3 - Level 20 STORM

Passive: Increases mana by 100


Ray of Frost
Deals low damage to the targeted enemy Hero and chilling them by 5% every 0.5s channelled up to a maximum of 20%.

Can cast while moving, but reduces Khadgars movement speed by 5% every 1s to a maximum of 15%

Grants 1 Charge of Frost Empowerment and 1 Stack of Frost Coalescence

Meteor
Replaces Firestarter.
Call down a meteor after 2.5s dealing moderate - large damage and reducing all enemy Heroes armor by 15 for 2.5s and causes them to move at 10% increased movement speed for 3 seconds.


Arcane Rebound
Ultimate Cooldown
Causes your Arcane Barrage to no longer reduce damage per enemy Hero hit and becomes targetable.

Upon hitting the targeted Hero, explodes in a small area causing all enemy Heroes to be blinded for 1s

Arcane Barrage also Grants 1 Charge of Arcane Empowerment and 1 Stack of Arcane Coalescence


Rune of Power

Places a rune of power in a small area increasing all of Khadgars basic damaging abilities by X% and causing all auto attacks to crit dealing 3% of the targets MAX hp. Khadgar must remain in the rune to gain this benefit. Rune of power also decreases Khadgars armor by 10 while standing in its effect.
