Combat Trait

Arcane Mastery
Allies near you passively Regenerate 2 Mana a second. Your hero Regenerates twice this much.
!Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases this by 0.1 Mana, to a maximum of 7.

Primary Abilities

Rune Trap
Mana:100
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Cast time: 2 seconds
Place a Rune on the ground that is hidden to enemies. When it is triggered, deal 200[+5%/level] damage to those on the Rune and reveal them for 10 seconds. 1 active maximum.
Can be toggled to affect only heroes.

Ice Barrier
Mana: 85
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Grant an ally 50 Armor for 1.5 second and heal them for 309[+4%/level] after the effect expires.

Arcane Blast
Mana: 95
Cast time: 0.5 seconds
Cooldown: 3 second
Deal 68[+4%/level] damage at target location. If any heroes are hit, Refund the mana and gain 30 Spell Armor for 1 second. Can be cast while moving.

Mark of Medivh
Mana: 180
Cooldown: 45 Seconds
Deal 400 damage to an enemy, then reduce their Spell Armor by 50 for 3 seconds.


Passive
: Increase your Spell Damage by 50%, but you now only generate Mana for yourself.

Mark of Aluneth
Mana: 180
Cooldown: 100 Seconds
Mark yourself with a Rune for 2 seconds. While it is active, you have 50 Armor. After it expires, grant nearby heroes 45 Armor and +25% Movement Speed for 5 seconds.

Passive: Your trait can now be activated to restore 200[+4%/level] health to an ally and grant them 10 Armor for 1 second. This costs 75 mana and has a 4 second cooldown.

Mark of the Kirin Tor
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 18 seconds
After 0.5 seconds, mark an Ally for 3 seconds. While it is active, they are Unstoppable and gain a shield equal to 5% of their maximum health.

Passive: Increase your Auto Attack range by 1.1 and damage by 30%.

Talents

Level 1:


Tide of Mana:
!Quest: Regenerate a total of 3000 Mana for allies. Reward: Increase the maximum Mana of all allies by 100.
Wrath of the Arcane:
!Quest: Every time you damage a hero with Arcane Blast, increase it's damage by 5, to a maximum of 75. Reward: After gaining 75 additional damage, Arcane Blast now is instantly cast and gains 35 more damage.
Barrier Mastery:
!Quest: Have Ice Barrier active for a total of 21 seconds. Reward: Increase it's duration by 0.5 seconds and increase movement speed by 15% for the duration.

Level 4:


Khadgar's Wisdom:
Whenever Arcane Blast or Rune Trap damage heroes, summon an Arcane Familiar for 12 seconds at that location. The Familiar deals damage equal to Khadgar's Auto Attack damage, and increases Attack Power of nearby allies by 5%. Maximum 4.
Medivh's Teachings:
Ice Barrier now grants Protected and last 0.5 seconds longer.

Level 7:


Fire Rune: Rune Trap now deals double damage, but it is over a 10 second duration.
Frost Rune: Rune Trap also roots targets for 3 seconds. Increase maximum amount by 2.
Arcane Rune: Rune Trap is now instantly cast and an 8 second cooldown, but only deals half the damage.
Kirin Tor Rune: You can now have 5 Rune Traps active at once, and have 3 charges.

Level 10:


Mark of Medivh:
Intended to turn Khadgar into a Ranged Assassin, rather than a support.
Mark of Aluneth:
Intended to turn Khadgar into a full-on support.
Mark of the Kirin Tor:
Intended to turn Khadgar into more of an off-support, similar to Tyrande.

Level 13:


Medivh's Spellbook: Your auto-attacks increase the damage of your next Arcane Blast by 1%, up to 20%.
Draenor's Secret Power: !Quest Minions that die near Khadgar drop 10 Apexis Crystals, and heroes drop 100. Also drops the same amount whenever a friendly minion or hero dies as well. Reward: Upon collecting 4986 Apexis Crystals, give all of your basic abilities a second charge. 4985 is inadequate, and 4987 is absurd.

Level 16:


Powers of the Void: All your abilities that deal damage heal the lowest health hero nearby Khadgar for 40% of the damage dealt.
Pipe of Insight: Activate to prevent an enemy and Khadgar from spending any Mana for 2 seconds.
Gem of Health: Activate to instantly restore 10% of all nearby heroes health.


Level 20:


Curse of Medivh: After casting Mark of Medivh, you also spawn 4 Arcane Familiars near the target that deal Spell Damage equal to Khadgar's Auto Attack Damage.
Whispers of Aluneth: Increase the duration of the final effect by 5 seconds, and reduce the cooldown by 20 seconds.
Might of the Kirin Tor:Mark of the Kirin Tor is applied to all heroes nearby the original target.
Passive: Increase Auto Attack Speed by 5%, and increase the range increase to 1.2.
Harbinger: Increase the Mana Regeneration of Arcane Mastery by 15, and all Allies who benefit from the effect gain 10 armor while in range.
Portal: Place a Portal anywhere within vision for 10 seconds. While active, another will appear near Khadgar, and he and allies may use it to travel between Portals. Has a 120 second Cooldown.
