Kharazim Rework

My Suggestions

Having 3 Traits was an interesting idea, but right now you only have 2 instead of 3.
Having 3 Allies was also an interesting idea, but right now you only have 2 instead of 3.
Having 2 Heroics was also interesting, but right now you have only 1 instead of 2.

The idea of this rework is to bring balance into different paths this punch-man can choose.

Stats
Health increased from 2027 to 2050
Attack Damage reduced from 64 to 60

Combat Trait

Epiphany (Trait)

Every 3rd Basic Attack deals 40% bonus damage and activates Epiphany.
Epiphany restores 5 mana, grants Kharazim 15% Movement Speed for 2 seconds and restores 65 health to the lowest health nearby allied Hero.
Radius: 5

Primary Abilities

Radiant Dash (Q)

Mana: 30
Cooldown: 14 / 0.25 seconds
Jump to an ally or enemy. Allies are healed for 55 health.
Enemies are immediately hit with a Basic Attack. Stores up to 2 charges.
Range: 9

Breath of Heaven (W)

Mana: 90
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Heal nearby allies for 255 and give them 15% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
Radius: 5

3
Deadly Reach (E)

Mana increased from 45 to 60
Cooldown reduced from 10 to 8 seconds

Heroic Abilities

Seven-Sided Strike (R1)

Mana: 70
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Become Invulnerable and strike 7 times over 1.75 seconds. Each strike hits the highest health nearby enemy Hero with a Basic Attack which deals bonus damage equal to 5% of their maximum health.

Mana reduced from 50 to 25
Cooldown reduced from 50 to 25
Healing reduced from 1200 to 700

LEVEL 1

Transcendence (New Functionality)
Epiphany grants healed ally 15% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
?Quest: Activate Epiphany 100 times.
?Reward: Epiphany restores 100% more health.

Iron Fists (New Functionality)
Increase the bonus damage of 3rd Basic Attack to 80%.
?Quest: Activate Epiphany 100 times.
?Reward: Increase the bonus damage of the 3rd Basic Attack to 120%.

Insight (New Functionality)
Epiphany restores 100% more mana.
?Quest: Activate Epiphany 100 times.
?Reward: Epiphany reduces the cooldown of Basic Abilities by 1.5 seconds.

LEVEL 4

Spirit Ally (New Functionality)
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Passive: Epiphany also heals an ally for 1% of their maximum health.
Active: Place a Spirit Ally that heals nearby allied Heroes for the same amount as Epiphany every second.
Has 350 health and lasts 8 seconds. Kharazim can Radiant Dash to Spirit Allies.

Earth Ally (New Functionality)
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Passive: Epiphany grants healed ally 20 Physical Armor for 2 seconds.
Active: Place an Earth Ally that grants nearby allied Heroes 40 Physical Armor.
Has 350 health and lasts 8 seconds. Kharazim can Radiant Dash to Earth Allies.

Air Ally (New Functionality)
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Passive: Epiphany grants healed ally 15% Spell Power for 2 seconds.
Active: Place an Air Ally that gives nearby allied Heroes 15% Spell Power, grants vision, and reveals a large area around it.
Has 350 health and lasts 8 seconds. Kharazim can Radiant Dash to Air Allies.

LEVEL 7

Mantra of Conviction (New)
Reduce the cooldown of Radiant Dash by 1 second.
Radiant Dashing to an enemy reduces their Armor by 10 for 2 seconds.

Mantra of Salvation (New)
Radiant Dashing to an ally gives you and them 20 Physical Armor for 2 seconds.
Radiant Dashing to an enemy gives you 40 Physical Armor for 2 seconds.

Mantra of Healing (New)
Radiant Dashing to an ally heals you for 55 health.
Radiant Dashing to an enemy heals you for 110 health.

Blinding Speed
Removed.

LEVEL 13

Inner Sanctuary (New)
Breath of Heaven creates a runic circle of healing for 3 seconds that restores 85 health every second to allies within.
Radius (runic circle): 5

Heavenly Zeal (Moved from Level 13) (New Functionality)
Increase Breath of Heaven's Movement Speed bonus to 25%.
Breath of Heaven grants Kharazim 5% Attack Damage for 3 seconds for each enemy Hero nearby, up to 20%.
Radius: 8

Echo of Heaven (Moved from Level 16) (New Functionality)
Breath of Heaven heals a second time 2 seconds after the initial healing.

Spell Shield
Removed.

LEVEL 16

Blazing Fists (Moved from Level 7) (New Functionality)
Increase Kharazim's Basic Attack Range by 0.5 and Attack Speed by 10%.
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Deadly Reach by 0.25 seconds.

Relentless Assault (New)
Increase the Attack Speed bonus of Deadly Reach to 150%.
While Deadly Reach is active, Basic Attacks increase its duration by 0.25 seconds.

Harmony (New)
Increase the duration of Deadly Reach by 75%.
Gain 30% Spell Power while Deadly Reach is active.

Cleansing Touch
Removed.

LEVEL 20

Transgression
Unchanged.

Peaceful Repose (Adjusted Functionality)
Divine Palm's healing amount is increased by 100%, and its cooldown is set to 10 seconds if the Hero does not die.

Way of the Hundred Fists (Moved from Level 16) (New Functionality)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Requires Iron Fists.
Active: For the next 4 seconds, Radiant Dashing to an enemy launches a volley of 6 Basic Attacks, dealing 60% damage each. Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Way of the Hundred Fists by 1 second.
Passive: Radiant Dash gains an additional charge and its range is increased by 50%.

Pacifism (New)
Requires Transcendence.
Increase Breath of Heaven's radius by 50%.
Breath of Heaven makes allies Unstoppable for 1.25 seconds.

Cyclone Strikes (New)
Requires Insight.
Deadly Reach no longer costs mana.
While Deadly Reach is active, Basic Attacks Slow enemies hit by 10% for 0.5 seconds, up to 40%.

Storm Shield
Removed.
Epiphany
Removed.
