Money Bags
Every 3rd basic attack by Togwaggles basic attacks is slowed by 25% and drops Togwaggles Coin that restores 10% of Togwaggles maximum health and mana.

Primary Abilities

Rally to the King
Mana: 60 Mana
Cooldown: 4 Seconds

Invigorate nearby allies, giving them 100% increased movement speed for 5 seconds. For every allied hero invigorated increase Togwaggles maximum health by 500 for 5 seconds.

Waxmancy
Mana:40 Mana
Cooldown:12 Seconds

Summon copies of all nearby friendly minions. Each minion summoned increases Togwaggles armor by 5 for the next 10 seconds.

Gemcrafting
Mana:60 Mana
Cooldown:15 Seconds

Target a random enemy hero, stunning, silencing or rooting them for 2.1 seconds (Effect is random) and for 15 seconds your trait becomes a random basic ability of that hero.

Activate to restore 1000 health over 5 seconds.

In a large area of effect transmute all enemies into sheep for 5 seconds. Transmutes cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds every enemy hit during the duration.

The Big Candle!

Cooldown:120 Seconds

Summon a BIG CANDLE that charges up, lighting the surrounding area revealing a large area and randomly swapping both allied and enemy heroes basic and heroic abilities for 25 seconds. Enemies and Allies can gain the opposite teams abilities.

Passive: Increase durations of all of Togwaggles basic abilities by 2 seconds.

Level 1

Pocket Change
Quest:Gather Regeneration globes to increase health and mana regeneration by 1%.
Reward:After gathering 20 Regeneration globes increase health and mana regeneration by 20% and decrease the number of attacks from 3 to 1.
Wax On, Wax Off
Quest:Summon 100 copies of friendly minions.
Reward:After summoning 50 copies increase the armor gained by 5
Reward:After summoning 100 copies, summon double the copies.
Geowaggle
Increase the spell power of copied abilities by 15%.

Level 4

Copper Coin
Togwaggles Coin deals 100 damage every second to nearby enemies and is doubled to enemy heroes below 50% health.
Silver Coin
Togwaggles Coin restores 100 health every second to nearby allies and is doubled to allied heroes below 50% health.
Golden(er) Coin
Togwaggles Coin grants nearby allies 50 armor and nearby enemies -25 armor while nearby his coin.

Level 7

Growing Candles
Rooting, Silencing and Stunning each give special effects.
Root - Summons 4 Togwaggles Coin
Stun - Decrease targets armor by 10 for 2.6 seconds.
Silence - Summons two copies of Togwaggle that deal 50% more damage and last for 15 seconds.
Protective Candles
Summoned minions gain a 120 hit point shield. Shield amount increases per bonus armor Togwaggle has.
Every Candle Counts
Every copied minion reduces the cooldown of Waxmancy by 1 second up to a minimum of 7 seconds reduction.

Level 13

Coin Stash
Kill minions to gain 1 stack of Togwaggles Coin. Each stack gives him one Coin, Togwaggle can activate Money Bags to summon 10 coins.
Elixirs Secrets
Reduce the cooldown of Treasure of Life by 5 seconds per Togwaggles Coin picked up.
Double Up
Gain another charge of Treasure of Life, reduce healing by 500.

Level 16

Fuel for the Gemcrafter
If an enemy hero dies while Stunned,Silenced or Rooted refresh the cooldown of Gemcrafting.
The Makers Gift
Quest:Copy 20 unique abilities.
Reward:After copying 20 unique abilities gain two charges of Gemcrafting.
The Kings Coin
Increase amount of Togwaggles Coin generated by 2.

Level 20

Togwaggles BIG BUTTON
Reduce Transmutes cooldown by 70 seconds.
YOU NO TAKE CANDLE!
The Big Candle grants allies 75% increased spell power while active.
Its Raining Coins
Nearby minions drop one Togwaggles Coin and heroes drop 10 Togwaggles Coin
Wax, Wax, Wax!
Waxmancy summons four additional copies.
