Kyle Vlaros

Androthi Savior

Kyle Vlaros is the prince of the land of Tuul, and would have succeeded if it were not for the evil lord Sarlac and his minions who came and enslaved his people. Luckily he escaped, and after years of training he returned, ready to defeat the power of darkness with the power of light, all in the game known as Blackthorne.

Details

Kyle is a ranged assassin somewhat similar to Raynor or Zul'jin, the difference being that your damage is much more front-loaded. Your attacks deal gratuitous amounts of damage in an AoE, the downside being that you attack slower and don't have as much range. He does have some decent waveclear and can have some situational utility, but he also has next to no sustain or defense, forcing him to play tactically. He can work as a standard dps but thrives in bursty teams or teams where he has plenty of peel.

Quick-Shot is symbolic of the ability to fire behind you in Blackthorne, and is great for chasing or kiting with a dangerous unavoidable burst shot. Take Cover is a super strong ability that can let you avoid damage if used well, and can save your life if used cleverly. You are a very tactical hero, and this is echoed even harder with all the item choices you have available to you, so pick and choose the right items for the situation. Merciless is lethal, granting a bloody massive boost in burst damage along with some passive bonus damage to low health enemies. Remote Wasp seems like it might pale in comparison, but it is a much safer choice and can be used for scouting or finishing off a low-health enemy.

Notes

I've always wanted to make a design for this guy, I just couldn't find an appropriate angle to approach him with. I've also been at a huge block as for who to make designs for, so I decided to shoot for it. There's really not a ton to go off of, but I think this works well enough to be a legitimate design that's unique enough in the world of Heroes of the Storm. I'm especially happy about the Tactical Items idea.

Click meeeeeee! More designs heeeere!

EDIT: Removed Ammunition system, reworked Merciless and replaced Offensive Assault with Remote Wasp.
