Deals 95 (+20/level) damage to a maximum of 3 targets. 

60 Mana. Cooldown: 7 seconds. 

Deal 50 (+15/level) damage to the first enemy it hits. Hitting the same target again within 10 seconds will increase its damage by 25%. Stacks up to 200%.

30 Mana. Cooldown: 5 seconds.

After 2 seconds delay, slowly pull all enemies in the area to the center for 5 seconds. Enemies are still able to move against the current and attack/cast spells.

50 Mana. Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Adds a cold effect to each attack, slowing the primary target's movement and attack speed by 20%.

Every basic attack now hits 3 additional targets nearby for 50% less damage. 

Instantly deals 150 (+20/level) damage to all enemies in a cone and flood the area. Enemies in the flooded area receive 100% more damage from Vashj's forked lightning and shock blast for 10 seconds.

100 Mana. Cooldown: 100 seconds.

Summon a tornado in an area slowing the movement speed and attack speed of all enemies around it by 25%. Tornado persists for 8 seconds.

60 Mana. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Summon a big wave and ride on it like a normal mount.
