Lady Vashj

Yellow for passives, Blue for actives, and Purple for heroic abilities.

Level 1
 Chilled Air - Every 3rd consecutive Frost Arrow uses no Mana.
 Seasoned Marksman - For every 6 enemy Minion or captured Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero takedowns count as 3 Minion kills.
 Mana Addict - Increase your maximum Mana by 15 when you pick up a regeneration globe.
 Plunge - Submerges cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds and Mana cost reduced by 20. 

Level 4
 Mana Sap - Mana gained from Mana Shield increased to 40. 
 Storm Front - Increases Forked Lightnings range by 30% and hits 2 additional targets. 
 Inundate - Submerges movement speed increased to 40% and lasts 2 seconds after ability ends.
 Envenom - Activate to poison an enemy Hero , dealing 209.88 (+29.92 per level) damage over 10 seconds.
 Focused Attack - Every 10 seconds, your next basic attack against a Hero deals 75% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.

Level 7
 Unstable Mana - Mana Shield explodes dealing 25 (+5 per level) damage around you if all Mana is consumed while ability is active.
 Crackle - Forked lightning deals 50% damage to enemies around targets.  
 Battle Momentum - Basic Attacks reduce Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds. 
 Lingering Frost - Frost Arrows slow for 2 seconds longer.

Level 10
 Tornado - Summons a Tornado in the target location. Tornado pushes enemies dealing 56 (+6 per level) damage and slowing nearby enemies by 50%. 
 Whirlpool - Target enemy becomes the center of a whirlpool. Drawing in enemies after a 2 second delay and stunning them for 2 seconds, dealing 80 (+8 per level) damage. Each enemy caught in the whirlpool grants 30 mana. 

Level 13
 Tidal Surge - Activate to gain 25% of your max Mana and reduce your Basic Abilities' Mana cost by 50% for 5 seconds.
 Giant Killer - Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's maximum Health. 
 Ice Block - Activate to place yourself in stasis and gain invulnerability for 3 seconds.
 Immerse - Submerge no longer causes you to surface when taking damage and lasts 2 seconds longer. You still lose stealth. 

Level 16
 Executioner - Basic Attacks deal 40% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.   
 Lightning Flash - Forked Lightning makes targets Vulnerable taking 25% more damage for 2 seconds.
 Deep Chill - Basic Attack damage is increased to 30% and increases slow to 25%.
 Dense Mana - You now take 50% less damage while Mana Shield is active. Every 3 points of damage uses 1 point of Mana. Mana Shield last 2 seconds less.  

Level 20
 Tempest - Causes lightning to strike enemies in the radius that deal 40 (+7 per level) and reduces cooldown by 1 second for each enemy hit. 
 Maelstrom - Now able to target Allies and slows enemies in the radius by 50% for the 2 second delay, increasing mana granted to 60.   
 Nexus Fury - Increases Attack Speed by 20% and Attack Range by 20%.
 Bolt of the Storm - Activate to teleport to a nearby location.

First, thanks so much for the feedback! I realized after I was done I had it set to Warrior. Never meant it and it wouldn't change it right away. I grew up on WCIII but never really played WOW so this is really the Vashj I know. lol. I'm glad you like it though. :)

I had thought of it exactly as you said, that she would be essentially getting into melee and using her shield. I also thought she would be able to sneak around to the enemy's backline, strike those staying too far back or retreating, and use the shield and maybe another submerge to be able to get safely away. That was why I thought ambusher.

You are right though in that it doesn't make sense to have to get into melee range for the slow. I'll take your suggestion and change it.

I like her. You took, essentially, her entire skillset from the Naga Sea Witch in WCIII but gave it focus as a HOTS character. She kind of does the same thing as Nova or Zeratul without just being another one of them. And using Submerge to sneak up on someone will make you hum the "Jaws" theme.

I'm not sure about her being a "ranged ambusher" though -- you have her tagged as a Warrior, but everything about her says she wants to be an Assassin. She's ranged and has a bow, but her big signature ability, Submerge, wants her to come out next to enemies so she can apply the slow. I guess that's what mana shield is for? I think that cancelling Submerge early should create a wave skillshot that applies the slow effect. Now she doesn't have to get into melee, and Mana Shield still has use because of its interplay with Frost Arrows (in that it makes tension between two abilities that say "dump all your mana into me!"
