Level 1
Frostbite Arrows (Trait - Quest): Attack enemy heroes 150 times.
Reward: At maximum slow, basic attacks against the target stun them for 0.25 seconds and deal 25% increased damage.
Shock Blast (Q - Quest): Hit 3 heroes with Forked Lightning 10 times.
Reward: Forked lightning now ignores shields and now hits an additional target.
Iron Tail (E): Hitting an enemy hero increases armor by 7 for each hero hit for 2 seconds.
Level 4
Chimaera Shot (W): Hydra shot now increases spell power instead of attack damage.
Cobra Strike (W): Hydra shot now grants 20% lifesteal for the duration of the ability.
Envenomed Arrow (W): Hydra shot deals an additional 210 (+4%/level) damage over 10 seconds and reduces healing received by 25% to the main target.
Level 7
Icy Burst (Trait): Activate your trait to gain 25% increased attack speed and double the slow effect on Frostfathom for 8 seconds. (30 second cooldown)
Static Charge (Q): Forked lightning and Monsoon Lightning places a static charge on targets, that deals an additional 87 (+4%/level) damage when they take damage and removes any ability effects on them. Does not stack.
Liquidation (E): Enemies hit deal 20% reduced damage for 3 seconds.

Level 13
Storm Arrows (Q): Forked lightning now causes Vashj's basic attacks to deal spell damage and increases spell power by 15% for 5 seconds.
Viper Shot (W): Hydra Shot now only hits 1 target but grants the maximum damage bonus if it hits a Hero.
Serpentine Cunning (E): Each enemy hit reduces the cooldown of Forked Lightning and Hydra shot by 0.5 seconds.
Level 16
Lightning Armor (Q): Forked lightning grants 20 armor if it hits a hero for 4 seconds. Enemies attacking Vashj while the armor is active will be shocked, dealing 50 (+4%/level) damage to them.
Snake to the Face (W): Now stuns the main target for 1 second and reduces physical armor by 30 for 3 seconds.
Witch's Circlet (Passive): Allows Vashj to dodge an attack or reduce spell damage by 50% once every 8 seconds. Each time she blocks an attack, she gains 20% increased movement speed and reduces the cooldown of her basic abilities by 2 seconds.

Summon Tidal Guardian (Active): Summons a Tube Wyrm at a target location that attacks nearby enemies for 136 (+4%/level) damage per attack. The guardian lasts until it is destroyed or a new one is summoned.
Mana Shield (Active/Toggle): Grants a shield equal to the amount of mana consumed. Lasts for 15 seconds after deactivating the ability.
