Yeah. No. This hero concept is simply boring, unoriginal and pretty much all of her abilities are copy-pasted from the current heroes.

Let's start with the Trait; it's not bad but I don't know if that's a suitable Trait for Vashj. I don't remember her being very famous for using that kind of spell a lot in Warcraft III or WoW. But that's not the main problem. The problem I see here is that her mana pool will be drained REALLY FAST in team fights making her unable to use her abilities and therefore useless unless she got like sh*t loads of mana.

Then the abilities. Pretty much all of them are almost identical to some of the current heroes' abilities. Let's see...
Forked Lightning = Thrall's Chain Lightning
Crushing Wave = Raynor's Penetrating Round
Frost Arrow = Jaina's Frostbolt
Tornado = Nazeebo's Ravenous Spirit with a slowing debuff effect as a bonus

Parasite sounds like a cool ability but I think it's not good enough as a Heroic. And I don't think it would make a lot of sense to make them come out of corpses as if they were undead.

And how does Swiftness of the Tides work??? How does it differ from the regular mounts? If it doesn't then how does it look animation wise?

So again; this hero is boring, unoriginal and uninteresting with abilities straight out copied from other heroes. This needs a complete makeover with new ideas.
