Lady Vashj was born in the city of Vashj'ir, where her mother, Lestharia Vashj, was the high leader and matron. She somehow left her homeland, and came to the city of Zin-Azshari, capital of the night elves, sometime before the War of the Ancients. Once chief among Queen Azshara's handmaidens, Vashj became one of the serpentine naga when Azshara and her followers were sent to the bottom of the sea during the Great Sundering.

Ten thousand years later, Vashj answered Illidan Stormrage's call and followed him first to Lordaeron, where she met up with Kael'thas Sunstrider and rallied his blood elves to Illidan's cause, and then to Outland when Illidan deposed Magtheridon as lord of the shattered world. As leader of Illidan's naga, Vashj and her followers set up a shop in Coilfang Reservoir in Zangarmarsh, where the naga began to pump the lakes into their underground lair. During the Burning Crusade, adventurers invaded the Serpentshrine Cavern where Vashj made her lair and slew the Coilfang matron, her dying breath an apology to her master.

Combat Trait

Frost Shard - (Trait: Passive)

Basic attacks apply Frost Shard that last for 5 seconds, and can stack up to 5 times. Target enemies with Frost Shard receives 4% slow movement speed and additional 6% Magic Damage per each.

Forked Lightning and Lightning Storm against targets with full stack, consumes them all to root them for 1.25 seconds.

Tornado at the other hand consumes all and stuns the effected enemy for 1.50 seconds upon landing.

Root Effect Duration: 1.25 seconds
Stun Effect Duration: 1.50 seconds

Primary Abilities

Forked Lightning - Q

Calls forth a serge of lightning, that deals 175 (+4% per lvl) magic damage to nearby enemies.

Passive: Using Forked Lightning against an enemy with full stack of Frost Shard restores 20 mana.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 70

Cold Arrows - W

Unleashes four frozen arrows in a cone, dealing 95 (+4% per lvl) physical damage and applies Frost Shock per each arrows

Cooldown: 7 seconds
Mana: 65

Mana Shield - E

Creates a shield that absorbs incoming damage using mana. Blocks 80% of magic damage and 65% on physical damage.

Cooldown: 1 second
Duration: 5 seconds
Mana: 1 mana per damage point

Heroic Abilities

Tornado - R1

Summons a tornado that surges forth, dealing 300 (+4% per lvl) magic damage to enemies in the way, knocking them up for 0.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 100 seconds
Mana: 100
Effect Duration: 2 seconds

Lightning Storm - R2

Summons monsoon clouds around herself for 3 seconds, striking down lightning dealing 75 (+4% per lvl) magic damage to all enemies within range every 0.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Duration: 3 seconds
