Combat Trait

1
Arcane Dynamo
Whenever you hit with an auto attack, you can a stack of flash of insight, max 5 stacks. When you have 5 stacks of flash of insight your next basic ability deals 20% more damage.

Primary Abilities

Arcane Orb
Sent an orb forward that explodes on the first enemy hero hit and deals damage in an area.

Meteor
Deals damage in an area after a short delay. Leave burning ground for 3 seconds that deals damage over time.

Wave of Force
Deal damage around your hero. Enemies hit are pushed back.

Heroic Abilities

Hydra
Summon a hydra at target location that attacks enemies. Attacks from different heads that hit the same enemy deal reduced damage.

Slow Time
Create an area that slows enemies movement and attack speed by 50%.

Special Mount

1
Teleport
Teleport to target location. 30 second cooldown.

Talents

Ideas for talents to mimic runes from D3 and alter your abilities to frost/fire/lightning/arcane. Each tier wold be assigned to one ability so you would have to choose how to alter your basic abilities, with one or 2 extra talents on each tier if you want to keep your basic abilities as they are.

Level 4-Magic Missile(auto attack) Talents
Split-Your auto attacks split to hit 3 targets for reduced damage. (you still only gain one stack of Arcane Dynamo)
Conflagrate-Your auto attacks deal additional damage over time
Glacial Spike-When at 5 Arcane Dynamo stacks your auto attacks deal splash damage and slow by 20%

Level 7-Wave of Force Talents
Frost Nova-Your Wave of Force deals reduced damage and roots enemies instead of pushing them back.
Heat Wave-Your Wave of Force deals increased damage and no longer pushes enemies.
Static Pulse-Your Wave of Force restores mana for each enemy hit and no longer pushes enemies back.

Level 13-Arcane Orb Talents
Spark-Your Arcane Orb now targets an area instead of traveling forward.
Frozen Orb-Your Arcane Orb no longer explodes when it hits an enemy hero but shoots icicles around it as it travels forward, icicles do light damage and slow enemies. 
Scorch-Your Arcane Orb no longer explodes when it hits an enemy hero but leaves a fire trail behind it that deals damage every second to enemies.

Level 16
Thunder Crash-Your Meteor no longer leaves burning ground and no longer has a delay before impact.
Comet-Your Meteor leaves frozen ground that slows enemies instead of damaging them.
Star Pact-Can hold 2 charges of Meteor. Meteor no longer leaves burning ground.

Level 20
Arcane Hydra-Your hydra's attacks deal increased damage and splash.
Point of No Return-Enemies that enter or exit your Slow Time are stunned for 2 seconds. This can only occur once per enemy.
