Level 1 talents

Increase life regen by 4 for every 3 mana regen orbs picked up [passive]

Bone Storm's AOE is 20% larger and has its damage increased by 15% [q↑]

Frozen blade now stacks indefinitely and abilities now grant stacks upon dealing damage to heroes but only slow for 1%. [trait↑]

Marrowgar deals 15% more damage to non-heroic sources. [passive]

Level 4 Talents

Whenever you kill an enemy near Bone Storm's AOE with one of your basic attacks, it increases the duration of the AOE by 1 second [w↑]

Bone splinters now shoots out a total of 4 secondary projectiles (a total of 1 more on each side) and has the damage of the secondary projectiles increased by 10% [e↑]

Once every 5 seconds, you gain 1 stack on this ability. when you are hit by a hero's basic attack, you block it at the cost of 1 stack. this can stack up to 2 times. [passive]

Whenever you hit an enemy with one of your basic attacks, it now deals 40% damage to enemies around the target that was hit. [passive]

Level 7 Talents

When Blood Syphon is activated, it give nearby allied heroes a shield that lasts for 4 seconds that is equal to 15% of the life lost by enemies affected by Blood Syphon [q↑]

enemies near you take 36 (+12/level) damage every second [passive]

All projectiles shot by Bone Splinters now go 40% farther. Bone splinters now stores 2 stacks. [e↑]

Whenever Marrowgar or a nearby allied hero is hit with an enemy's ability, that enemy loses 5% movement speed for 2 seconds. this Effect may only happen once every 3 seconds. [passive]

Level 10 Talents

1 of the 2 heroic abilities shown above.

Level 13 Talents

Bone Storm now creates a second AOE that is 50% smaller and deals 50% less damage than the original. It is placed immediately adjacent to the Main one in the direction of the closest enemy. [q↑]

Activate to become Invulnerable to all attacks for the next 2 seconds and gain an additional 10% movement speed. You may not attack while you are Invulnerable. Cooldown: 60 seconds [Activate]

Basic attacks now heal you for 5% of the damage dealt [passive]

Blood Syphon now has its AOE increased by 30% and slows all enemies hit's movement speed by 3% for 3 seconds [w↑]

Marrowgar's health regeneration is increased by 300% for 3 seconds. [Activate]

Level 16 Talents

Activate to gain 25% of maximum life as a shield. the shield lasts 7 seconds. Cooldown: 42 seconds [Activate]

Blood Syphon has its cooldown decreased by 5 seconds, but deals 20% less damage. The shield now also heals for 10% of the damage dealt over 5 seconds. [w↑]

Blood Syphon can now be channeled for up to 3 seconds after its cast for 8 mana per second. while channeling, enemies take 20 (+8/level) damage per second and your shield is increased by 12% of the total life lost from enemies affected by Blood Syphon (channeled) per second. [w↑]

Bone Splinters' main projectile deals an additional 40 damage over 2 seconds and the secondary projectiles deal an additional 30 over 3 seconds [e↑]

Level 20 Talents

Coldsnap deals an additional 100 damage to each enemy hero hit over the next 4 seconds and has its cooldown decreased by 40 seconds. In addition, If a hero dies from this ability, their resurrection time is increased by 1 second for every 3% of movement speed loss they had at the time of death. This may not raise the resurrection time by more than 5 seconds. [r↑]

Empowered by the frozen Throne can now be activated to freeze 1 enemy hero at a medium distance for 1 second (meaning for 1 second they can't move) and all their abilities and skills (including abilities you get from talents) are immediately expended and recharge 40% more slowly for the next 2.5 seconds. [r↑]

Whenever Marrowgar kills an enemy minion, hero, or mercenary with one of his abilities they are resurrected at 10% health and 75% damage fighting on your side either until death or until 10 seconds for heroes or 25 seconds otherwise ends. Heroes resurrected this way are still put in the death que and are controlled by AIs. They cannot use their abilities however their talents and combat traits still apply. [passive]

Marrowgar has all of his cooldowns decreased by 10%, has 10% more health regeneration speed, has an additional 10% ability power, has 10% more mana, and all damage dealt to him is decreased by 10% [passive]

Frozen Blade can now stack up to 4 times per hero hit. [trait↑]

why take the second one over first one?

...So good. The concept in itself is very balanced, I like the theme, I liked the character in WotLK, I like the design and the abilities you gave him. His passive seems a little weak, maybe an another little side effect to it?

Other than that, his second ult's upgrade seems quite op -- it can get rid of azmo's only escape, does it take effect on ultimates too? If so, it can easily ruin a team depending on their malf's tranq, and could be game breaking ( as 1 lost team fight can mean the end )

XD I'm kidding. I really like it. Flavor-wise, his abilities fit very nicely with the cold/bone theme, so many points there. I especially like that Blood Syphon helps with his below average health regen in the early levels.

All in all, very nice build. I would love to see this as a thing. Great job, and I'm jealous I can't build like this... XD

@jeremiah thanks for the suggestion! I went ahead and changed it to just under 2.5 second. now that I'm looking back on it, 5 seconds was REALLY long and could easily cause the entire other team to wipe.

I like Coldsnap, but I think the root duration is too long. This would make me rage so hard and break my computer screen. Arthas has a root for 1.5 seconds, and Thrall has a root of 1 second. I usually play mages and even that 1-1.5 seconds is crucial and could mean imminent death.

Because it is an ultimate, maybe change it to 2.5 - 3 seconds? Even that amount of time is very long. 2.5 seconds is long enough to make every ranged class fear you, and shiver when they see your face on the battlefield.

Overall, looks pretty cool though. :)

My main point of worry would be that Bone Splinter does more damage than Nova's Snipe and I imagine it having similar functionality (line target). More base, 1 more point scaling, and can store two charges and have damage increases through talent optimization.

My main complain would be that the second Heroic sounds really bad, as not only do you have to get A LOT of stacks for it to matter, but you have to do it each time for it to matter and it puts you back into a bad situation with 40% health, giving the opponent a chance at more EXP.

Good idea, and well designed. I recommend giving him a regular mount and making his Death Tracker part of his passive. Overall, exceptional work.
