Heroes of the Storm Build Concept: Loudmouth

Primary Abilities

Cherry Bomb

Loudmouth takes a second to light a handful of cherry bombs, throwing three cherry bombs in a straight line, dealing 70 damage (+4% per level) in a small radius around the first target hit. Targets hit by a Cherry Bomb take 50% damage from subsequent bombs. Loudmouth may move while channeling this ability.

50 Mana

I.M.E. Mine

Loudmouth lays down an Interstate Multipurpose Explosive mine. He can have up to three out at a time. If stepped on by an ally, it grants 60 health (+4% per level). After five seconds of revving up, the IME Mine also grants 50 armor, decaying over 1.5 seconds. If stepped on by an enemy, it destroys the mine, but slows them by 50%, decaying over 1.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
75 Mana

Higher Power

Loudmouth buffs himself and a targeted allied hero near him, granting reduction of mana costs for abilities and increased cooldown reduction. Lasts for 5 seconds.

Mana Cost Reduction: 100%
CDR: 20%
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Cost: 90 mana

Heroic Abilities

D.O.A.

Loudmouth shines a spotlight in a targeted area to highlight an incoming car crash. Enemies who walk through the flaming ruins are slowed by 35% and take 100 (+4% per level) per second for 5 seconds. Enemies hit by the car crash are also stunned for 1.5 seconds. Loudmouth is immune to crowd control while channeling this ability.

We're Not Gonna Take It

Loudmouth screams into his microphone, granting a global buff to his allies. While the buff is active, Loudmouth and the allied heroes are healed for 150 (+4% per level) per second, gain 20% ability power and 20% movement speed. Last for 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 100 seconds

Wow. This concept is a lot cooler than I expected. I forgot that loudmouth was the name of the announcer in rock n roll racing and honestly thought this was another joke non-blizzard character concept at first. But holy cow. Well thought out, cool abilities, clear focus on what hes good and not good at, and despite only having 2 talent ideas instead of a full talent tree, said talent ideas are cool by themselves.
