Man, he looks great, but I have some suggestions to you, make crossfade the trait, it looks nice for a trait and his actual trait is not very good comparing to lunara for example, she has 20% increased movespeed, but to replace the fact she can't mount, and she does have a trait!

About the ultimates:

Sound Barrier looks very op, maybe increase the cooldown for 100 seconds or even more.

Wall Ride is not a good ult, no one would pick it instead of sound barrier, and it's not good even for itself, it looks more like a talent instead of an ultimate. The rest of his kit is nice :)

When making his kit I didn't want to include anything that Lucio doesn't have in Overwatch already, so I needed to use absolutely everything he had to fill out these slots. Blizzard always talks about how each hero is different. It's okay for one thing to be a special mount on one hero (Lunara) and a trait on another (Lucio) because their playstyles behave in different ways. The main flavor I wanted to capture for Lucio was mobility. If you've played Overwatch you know that when you're playing Lucio it feels like you're running circles around everyone else. With this trait and his songs Lucio would regularly be reaching 30% and 40% increased movement speed in combat.

Wall Ride doubles down on this flavor by allowing to you jump off of enemies with impunity and increased your speed further, up to 50% at times. I think skating around the enemy team at these speeds and knocking them around while they miss their skillshots would really capture his flavor well.

And yea maybe Sound Barrier could have a longer CD.

I have to agree with Passado. Everybody would choose sound barrier over wall ride. Everybody.
If you put Wall Ride in there, I would make it a talent for his trait, or even have it as part of his trait!

Even better, you get to make up new ultimates you think would suit him and Heroes of the storm. :)

So, I didn't want to create a new effect that Lucio doesn't already have when I was making his kit, and I needed to use everything he had to fill up these slots. As far as his trait goes: Blizzard always talks about how each hero is their own thing. What might be a mount on Lunara is a trait on Lucio, and that's fine because they have different focuses. My idea was that Lucio's strength comes from him being by far the most mobile hero. With his trait and songs he can regularily reach 30% or even 40% increased movement speed during a fight. If you've played Overwatch you know that when you're playing Lucio it feels like you're running circles around everyone else, and I wanted to capture that feeling.

This is where the idea for Wall Ride comes into play too. With Wall Ride you could be reaching 50% increased speed; just absolutely zooming around your enemies and knocking them around while they miss their skillshots.
