Heroes of the Storm Build Concept: Maghda

Primary Abilities

Swarm of Flies

Mana: 60
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Maghda summons a swarm of flies, dealing 45 (+12 per hero level) damage to units in a cone in front of her.

Belial’s Gift Bonus: In addition to dealing damage to enemies, Swarm of Flies will also heal Madhda and her allies in the cone for 85 (+16 per hero level) + 10% of the target’s missing health.

Soul Siphon

Mana: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Maghda launches a maggot that creates a siphoning link between her and an ally or enemy for up to 3 seconds. Allied anchors gain 20% movement speed and enemy anchors slow movement speed by 20%. The link applies the same movement speed adjustment anchors to any ally or enemy it passes through for 3 seconds. The link breaks if the bonded target moves out of range.

Belial’s Gift Bonus: Strengthens the link to double the movement speed adjustment anchors and to apply an initial 0.75 second root on enemies (both primary and passed through).
*Maghda can use Soul Siphon on summoned Vessels of Chaos. Soul Siphon does not enhance Maghda’s movement speed.

Vessel of Chaos

Mana: 75
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Maghda summons a corrupted vessel at the target location for 5 seconds which is only attackable by her. The vessel will begin his ritual, shielding nearby allies for 3% of their maximum health every second. When the vessel is killed or when he naturally expires, he will sacrifice himself to shield the lowest health ally (prioritizing heroes) for 20% of their maximum health for 5 seconds.

Belial’s Gift Bonus: In addition to shielding allies, Vessel of Chaos will also surge demonic energy upon cast, dealing 70(+15 per hero level) damage in an area around him. Each attack on him will also deal 70(+15 per hero level) damage in an area around him.
*Vessels have 1 hp (unless talented) and are destroyed in a manner similar to destroying a Healing Ward

Heroic Abilities

Belial's Gift

Belial empowers Maghda’s next ability cast within the next 8 seconds, adding an additional effect. Empowered abilities share the same cooldown as their basic form. Maghda begins with Belial’s Gift at level 1 and has therefor no personal trait. This abilitys tores 2 charges. Each charge has its own cooldown.

Charge Cooldown: 10 seconds

Talents

Level 1
Conjurer’s Pursuit: Increases Mana regeneration by 0.5 per second. Every 3 Regeneration Globes gathered increases this bonus by 0.25.
Ritualistic Summoning (E): Increases the number of attacks that the Vessel of Chaos can withstand by 1.
Coven’s Reach (W): Increases Soul Siphon’s range by 25%.

Level 4
Healing Ward: Activate to place a ward on the ground that heals allies in the area for 2% of their max health every second for 15 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Dark Regeneration (W): Allies that pass through Soul Siphon are healed for 85(+12 per hero level).
Sadistic Bargain (E): Increases the radius of Vessel of Chaos by 30%.

Level 7
Hungry Swarm (Q): Each target hit reduces the cooldown by 0.5 seconds, but the healing of the Empowered ability is reduced by 35%.
Therapeutic Insects (Q): Increases the allied heal of the Empowered ability by 20% [from 85(+16 per hero level) and 10% of target’s missing health to 102 (+20 per hero level) and 12% of target’s missing health] but reduces the damage dealt by 20%
Grimoire of Revenge (E): Increases the cast range and Maghda’s attack range against the Vessel by 100%.

Level 10
(Instead of an ultimate, Maghda empowers her Belial's Gift ability)
Adria’s Devotion (R): Increases maximum charges to 3.
Belial’s Offering (R): Empowered abilities reduce the cooldown of the basic ability by 30% when used.

Level 13
Unsatiated Thirst (W): Soul Siphon can now hold 2 charges.
Vengeful Laceration (W): Enemies that pass through the link will now also take 100(+20 per hero level) damage.
Bottomless Potion of Shielding (E): Reduces the cooldown of Vessel of Chaos by 3 seconds and causes the pulsing shield effect to now radiate around Maghda. Reactivating will cancel the pulse effect and shield the lowest health ally (prioritizing heroes) for 20% of their maximum health for 5 seconds.
*Cannot be taken if you acquired Ritualistic Summoning at level 1

Level 16
Soul Fracture (W): Soul Siphon now makes enemies Vulnerable, taking 25% increased damage for 3 seconds.
Adipokinetic Hormones (Q): Allies hit by Swarm of Flies now gain 20% increased attack speed for 3 seconds.
Patient Healing (Q): While under the effects of Belial’s Gift, gain a stacking 6.25% additional Ability Power every second for the next heal on your Empowered ability.

Level 20
Loyal Servant (E): Increases the number of attacks that the Vessel of Chaos can withstand by 3. *Cannot be taken if you acquired Bottomless Potion of Shielding at level 13
Demonic Infusion (R): Attacks and abilities on enemy heroes reduce the cooldown of Belial’s Gift by 1 and 2 seconds respectively.
Shield of the Storm: Activate to give all nearby allied heroes a shield for 20% of their maximum health for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 45 seconds.

I'm... not fond of the "no trait, only one heroic" approach. It feels backwards in terms of HotS' design philosophy. Like you're trying to shoehorn a DotA/LoL/Smite character into the way HotS approaches leveling up and choice.

Further, there is no precedent for exclusive anti-synergy between tiers the way you did between Bottomless Potion of Shielding and Loyal Servant.
