Selfish Mage hero who sacrifices her underlings to reach her goal at all costs

Combat Trait

1
Astral Projection
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Create an Astral Projection of yourself at the target area which gives vision of its surroundings and has 500(+4%) health. If you remain within range of your Astral Projection, you gain 12% Ability Power. You can have up to 3 Astral Projections out at once, and they last until they are either killed or dismissed. You can dismiss an Astral Projection by pressing the Trait button while your cursor is over the Projection. You can only gain the Ability Power bonus from one Projection at a time.

Primary Abilities

1
Carrion Beauties
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Send out a swarm of flesh-eating butterflies that tracks its target until it either hits or reaches its maximum range. If it hits enemies along the way, it deals 120(+4%) damage. Carrion Beauties deals 25% more damage to its primary target if it hits.
2
Sacrificial Lamb
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Instantly kill target allied minion, restoring 170(+4%) health to yourself and denying any experience the minion would have provided to the enemy team.
3
The Master's Mark
Mana: 65

Mana: 580(+4%)
Mana Regeneration: 3.04(+4%)

Basic Attack Damage: 73(+4%)

Talents

Level 1-
Pleasing Sacrifice (W): Using Sacrificial Lamb grants you 45 mana.

Ascendant's Eyes (Trait): Astral Projections now see 60% farther.

Graceful Vampirism (Q): Carrion Beauties restores health to you equal to 20% of the damage it deals.

Level 4-
The Master's Hand (E): The Master's Mark now gains an additional 1 damage per kill (this 1 damage is also applied retroactively to kills obtained previously), and it gains an additional 75 damage upon finishing the quest.

The Master's Will (E): Upon finishing the quest attached to The Master's Mark, the cooldown of The Master's Mark is reduced by 3 seconds and its mana cost is reduced by 25.

The Master's Gift (E): You gain 5% Ability Power for 4 seconds for every enemy Hero you hit with The Master's Mark, stacking up to 5 times.

The Master's Scorn (E): Upon finishing the quest attached to The Master's Mark, the ability reduces the Armor of affected enemies by 10 for 3 seconds.

Level 7-
Burnt Offering (W): Sacrificial Lamb grants you 10% Ability Power for 5 seconds upon usage.

Growing Swarm (Q): The next cast of Carrion Beauties deals 5% additional damage for every target it hits, stacking up to 10 times.

Astral Presence (Trait): The Ability Power boost from being within range of your Astral Projection is increased to 20%.

Level 10-
Sorceress Heart (R1)

The Master's Plan (R2)

Level 13-
Astral Winds (Trait): You gain 15% movement speed while you are within range of your Astral Projection.

Diseased Beauties (Q): Carrion Beauties now deals an additional 120(+4%) damage over 4 seconds to all affected targets.

Soul Tether (Trait/Active): Activate to teleport to a nearby Astral Projection, instantly destroying it. 50 second cooldown.

Level 16-
Split Soul (Trait): You can now have up to 5 Astral Projections out at once.

Devouring Swarm (Q): Carrion Beauties now instantly kills all allied minions in its path and gains 7% damage for every one it kills. This effect can stack indefinitely, and only applies to the cast of Carrion Beauties in which the effect was gained. Minions killed in this manner grant half the normal experience to the enemy team, if any enemies are within range.

Witch's Curse (W): Sacrificial Lamb can be cast on an enemy Hero to lower their Basic Attack Speed by 35% for 4 seconds instead of killing an allied minion, and it still grants you health when used in this manner.

Level 20-
Spatial Crush (R1)- You gain an additional charge of Sorceress Heart and its range is increased by 30%.

Tools of the Master (R2)- Your nearby allies gain 40% of the Ability Power bonus that you gain from The Master's Plan.

Rewind (Active)

Ephemeral Projections (Trait)- You can cast your Basic Abilities at an active Astral Projection to make your next cast of that Basic Ability more powerful and have a different effect. This destroys the Astral Projection in the process.
Q: Carrion Beauties applies a damage field tethered to all enemies it hits, dealing 30(+4%) damage per second to all enemies near the affected targets for 5 seconds.
W: Sacrificial Lamb now empowers the target minion instead of killing it, making it take 50% less damage from non-heroic sources, increasing its health by 300%, and increasing its damage by 50%, on top of its original effects.
E: The Master's Mark now gains all of its talent effects for one cast and its radius is 30% larger.

My only beef with the W is that it can deny globes.

Swarm build:

Graceful Vampirism, The Master's Gift, Growing Swarm, The Master's Plan, Diseased Beauties, Devouring Swarm (Which I think shouldn't kill the minions but set them to 1 because deneying xp to a team that is behind is devastating to them, or it could just give xp if an enemy hero is in the xp range) Rewind

I agree, there should be no mechanic for denying XP to enemies by killing your own minions. As you said, the spell should just reduce their health to 1. Other than that, I really like the concept.

I actually worded it specifically such that it does not deny the enemy team globes. The original draft of the ability had that function, but a friend of mine assured me that the ability to deny globes was way too powerful for a Basic Ability. As for Devouring Swarm, how about if the killed minions grant half or 75% XP?

As for the builds, I'll put those up shortly!

Really dig the concept :D
The W is specially interesting. It's not like denying in DotA, but it's close and would add an interesting mechanic without delving into "gameplay depth" problems.
Awesome!

Edit: A talent build

Ascendant's Eyes, The Master's Scorn, Burnt Offering, The Master's Plan, Astral Winds or Soul Tether, Split Soul, Rewind.
Utility and vulnerability for days.
