Maiev was chosen to be the jailer of the Betrayer for all eternity. She failed in this task once, but she will not fail again - where the Betrayer walks, Maiev follows.

On her first attack, Maiev teleports to her target's location from a short distance away, reappearing behind her target. The attack deals an extra 75% damage. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Cooldown: 9 seconds
Maiev whirls, slinging a flurry of daggers around herself. The daggers deal 45 (+16 per level) damage.

Hunter's Grasp
60 Mana
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Maiev lays a trap at the feet of her opponent, which snares them for 1 second and dealing 50 (+14 per level) damage. After the snare wears off, the enemy is slowed by 35% for an additional 2 seconds.

Blink

Cooldown: 8 seconds
Maiev teleports to a target location a short distance away.
Heroic Abilities

Shadow Strike
75 Mana
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Maiev hurls a poisoned dagger at a target enemy, slowing the enemy by 50% for 5 seconds, decaying by 10% each second. In addition, the dagger deals 250 (+15 per level) damage to the target.

Vengeance
75 Mana
Cooldown: 75 seconds
Maiev succumbs to her lust for vengeance, becoming the Avatar of Vengeance. In this form, she gains 15% bonus movement and attack speed, a bonus 25% damage on each of her basic attacks, and Stealth. Teleporting does not break this Stealth.
Thank you! I'm not sure yet, to be honest, but I definitely want to explore more options with Blink to differentiate it from Zeratul's Blink. The whole idea sort of came to me when I was half awake, haha. Still in gestation. :)
A pretty solid baseline. What kind of talents would you give her to really spice her skillset up?
