Protector of Nature

The enormous stag is a white so pure that he radiates a soft glow, like moonlight. He stares at you with eyes that are silver pools of deep and ancient wisdom, and his mere presence gives off an aura of calm, safety, and peacefulness

Malorne's presence gives all nearby allied heroes 1% health regeneration each second.

Primary Abilities

Mending Flora
Release an emerald rose that will heal all allies in range for 250 health every 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Restores: 250 health every 2 seconds
Duration: 6 seconds

Nature's Punishment
Stomp a crack in the ground, and release a poison gas cloud that will deal 80 damage to any enemy caught in it's radius, and making them Vulnerable.

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Damage: 80

Ram
Charge in a target location, pushing any enemies away, and gain Movement Speed for a short duration.

Cooldown: 8 seconds
Movement Buff: 10% for 5 seconds

Heroic Abilities

Emerald Dream
Create a portal that will follow you for a duration. Any allied hero may enter the portal into the Emerald Dream, and heal 9.75% health every second. If the allied hero doesn't leave the Emerald Dream before it expires, they are sent back to spawn. Heroes inside the Emerald Dream may leave at any moment.


Cooldown: 110 seconds
Restores: 9.75% max health per second
Duration: 10 seconds

Tree of Life
Malorne channels the essence of the the Tree of Life, spawning it. The tree will heal ALL heroes in it's radius by 50%. Malorne will not be affected. If the tree is destroyed at any moment, the life given will be nullified and all heroes' health will be set back to it's previous state. Stunning anyone healed by it.

Cooldown: 100 seconds
Restores: 50% max health
Duration: 5 seconds

Special Mount

Emerald Jump
Malorne opens up a portal to the Emerald Dream, galloping it and teleporting him to a target location after 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 50 seconds.

This is an AWESOME concept! Love the idea and seriously, HotS needs more supports like this concept right here. I would imagine Malorne is a tank-support? Since he seems to be best when in the middle of the enemy team supporting his entire team during big fights.
Tree of Life seems a bit weak mainly because we don't know how hard it is to kill the tree and how the healing works. Does that mean the tree pretty much grants 50% of all allied heroes' max health as a shield that disappears if the tree itself is destroyed?
Anyways, great concept, keep it up :D Would really like to see some talents and such.

I was thinking more it's an instant health gain, with the possibility of being taken away again after the tree is destroyed. I'm gonna do some tweaking, maybe see if I can make it a bit more appealing. I'd love some feedback, thank you very much! :)

I'm not quite sure what you mean, like it's a bad ultimate? For well coordinated teams they could retreat to then heal, and get back into the fight i suppose. :D Might need a bit of tweaking now that I look at it.

I think that the repercussions of the tree being destroyed are too high. You make your entire team vulnerable just by using it. It puts a big target on the tree. I would at least take away the stun. Stunning the whole team would usually lose the teamfight and get everyone killed, especially if your most injured teammates that have obviously used the tree have their healing reversed to top it off.

Even if it was put in the back of the fight any enemy that chased a dieing teammate to the tree would discover it and turn it into a protect the tree game.

It's a insta win for the enemy.
