LVL1



Health globes: gain a death aura in your vision radius, each globe reduce the health regeneration of enemies in the aura. After 30 globes enemies have 10% reduced healing effects.

Reaper's mark: every 5th basic attack leave a mark on an enemy. Marked enemy suffer 20% more damage from your abilities for 5s. After the duration have 5s cooldown.

Wide reap (Q): increase tha range of Soul reap by 25% also the center area.

Soul charge (E): after every 10 seconds additional cooldown you caused, the next attack goes through you without harm.

LVL4



Harvest: reap out a minion's soul, grant you 5% max health and mana. Has 5 charges.

Heavy charge (E): also add 1 second CD on abilities that are not on CD.

Chilling out: gain increased regeneration while in the walls.

Charge (E): leaves behind a fog that slows and act like a bush for 4 seconds.

LVL7



The end is near (D): enemies below 50% health around you increase your movement speed by 15%.

No one can stop Death: you can also move trough heroes.

Empowering: after hero kill (not assist) you gain permanent damage buff 1% up to 20%.

Death for the weak (Q): weakened enemies have increased CC effect for 3 seconds.

Swift charge (E): removes the preparation and increase the range by 20%.

LVL13



Death is inevitable (W): you are unstoppable during Death's march.

No escape (E): after use reaper charge, you can use it again within 5 seconds.

Can't touch me: below 50% health minions and structures cannot harm you.

Now you see me: leaving a wall makes you invisible on the map for 4s.


LVL16



Harmless: enemies below 25% health deals less damage to you by 25%.

Rest in peace (Q): enemies killed during the effect (not assist) have 25% increased death time.

Swift march (W): reduce the duration for W by 1 second, but effectiveness stays.

Crucial hit (W): in the end of your march deal bonus 7% of the target max health as damage.

LVL20



Death from above: reduce CD by 25%, and lower to 75% and increase to 25% the thresholds.

Reaper of the souls: also drain their mana, and start adding CD on abilities. Drain 10% max mana/s and 0.5 s CD/s.

Too weak: enemies below 10% health cannot harm you.

Endless march (W): your march lasts until you cancel it or run out of mana.

He would be so badass, this concept is decent, heroics and especially the trait is creative, but his basic abilities are very basic, mainstream assassin type skills.

You are right, but I think that is what fits him well, at least what I saw in Diablo 3 boss battle. There are some talents that may be op, but make him unique.
