Mendeln

Necromancer

Mendeln was reclusive, pale, and had a morbid fascination with death. As a descendant of the Nephalem, Mendeln's necrotic curiosity lead him to unearth latent abilities that ultimately characterize him as a Necromancer

The Necromancer is a ranged attack specialist. He has a strong lane push presence. He has minimal survivability, but attacking the Necromancer can be very punishing if he has a strong supply of appendages and corpses along with his Iron Maiden curse.

Necromancer Specialist

Necromancer is a specialist that can raise his own minions from corpses of enemies.

The Necromancer is a little hindered in that he must use appendages that drop where enemies die in order to use his basic abilities. However, he can also gather appendages to construct a corpse at a target location. Basic abilities can also be cast on corpses and also power them up. Even if the Necromancer lacks appendages and corpses to cast on, he has his unique and strong basic attack that fires at least 2 teeth each time. This can help especially if the Necromancer is outnumbered.

Casting construct corpse near enemies can help the Necromancer run from fights, block incoming attacks, or block the path of enemies running away. Using basic abilities on the corpse during these situations is a pivotal strategy for the Necromancer.

For a lane pushing build, he can go for talents that buff his Skeletons and Blood Golem Heroic. Along with corpse explosions he can clear minion waves quickly.

For a high damage and team fight build, he can go for talents that buff his Iron Maiden and his Bone Spirit Heroic to help chase and deter enemies away.

Great concept, I'm sure I would play Necromancer in HoTS if his abilities would look like your ones.
I hope they'll bring him some day into HoTS and that this day is close!
