The Eldest of the Prime Evils, Mephisto is the Lord of Hatred, a master tactician, and a ruthless demon. Harnessing the power of Hate, he had envisioned the Nephalem as a weapon against the High Heavens, counting on their innate hatred. He had masterminded of a lot of machinations on Sanctuary, starting with the Dark Exile, where the Lesser Evils overthrew the Prime Evils, exiling them to Sanctuary, paving the way for the horrors to befall Sanctuary. After the Nephalem made their way to Kurast, facing an overrun Kurast and a corrupted Council of Zakarum, Mephisto, who corrupted them in the first place, fell at the hands of the heroes, and his Soulstone was shattered at the Hellforge, his soul reforming in the Nexus. Now, he unleasehes his Hatred unto his hapless foes.

Calls in a corrupted Council Member, dealing 72 dmg per swing(melee), and has a random attribute, which can be the following:

*+20% Vulnerabilty
*1s slow/3hits(+1st hit)

*3rd atk deals +15% dmg
*Refunds 10% of dmg dealt per 3rd hit as HP

Can summon one priest per cast, and attributes are randomized per cast. Press R to retarget, prioritising Heroes. Lasts for 15s

Hatred Unbound(R2)

He unleashes his full powers, his basic attack now inflicts a 0.5s Slow that can stack 3x on an Enemy Hero, and when hit, emits lightning sparks around him that deals 81 dmg(2x on Minions/non-Boss Mercs/Summons) and go off in random directions. Bonus dmg from Trait boosted to 40% for him and his allies, all lasting for 10s

*Refunds 10% of the Mana cost on impact. Only applicable to 1 target per cast.

Hatred's Reach(W)
*Increases the Nova diameter around Mephisto by 15%

Unseen Fury(Trait/Active)
*Gain a 3s charge of Stealth every time you Mark an enemy Hero. Can store 5 charges. Attacks deal 10% more dmg 5s after stealth.

Blinded by Hate(Q)
*Enemy Heroes hit by Souls of Hatred can cause friendly fire for 5s and are simultaneously Blinded for 2s.

Hatred Rush(E)
*Damage from Lightning Bolt increases by 10% for every target hit. !Quest: Hit 15 Heroes with the bonus damage received. !Reward: Increases the range of Lightning Bolt by 20%.

Impatience(W)
*Removes the delay from Acrimonious Nova, every Hero hit reduces the CDown by 2s.

Lingering Hatred(Q)
*Applies a 1s Slow and increases the duration of the spell to 4s.

*Increases the AoE by 20%, the extended area however, dealing 50% of the Talented dmg.

Rampant Lightning(E)
*Lightning Bolt now bounces through terrain(at least 4 units near) for 4x before expiring. Bolt will expire prematurely if there is no walls/terrain nearby.

Thrilseeker(Trait)
*Mark of Hatred heals you for 15% of the damage done on Marked targets.

Skull Missile(Active)
*Launch in a wide line energies of pure white-hot Hatred, dealing 178 dmg on a wide line over 3s.(3w x 7l)

*Stuns, Slows , Roots heal for 102 per s, for the duration of the mentioned disables.

Soulstone(Active)
*Refund the Mana Costs of the last 2 Basic Abilities used, hastening Mana Regen by 50% for 2s.

Unending Lightning(E)
*Lightning Bolt travels farther the more enemies it hits, 1s per Minion/non-boss Merc, 2s per Boss Merc/Hero Summon, 3s per Enemy Hero.

Absolute Terror Field
*Acrimonious Nova applies a 1s Silence with the default Slow, widening the AoE by 5%.

Level 20

Ministry of Hate(R1)
*Mephisto now summons 2 priests, now lasting 3s longer, now refunds 5% Mana per hit done by the priests.

Master of Bloodshed(R2)
*Every hit applies an untalented Mark of Hatred, while Mephisto's basic attacks are increased by 10% for the duration. Can stack 2x with the Talented Mark of Hate.

Agonized Demise(Passive)
*A poison cloud erupts from Mephisto's place of death, dealing 95dmg/s over 3s, and walls of flames erupt in random directions from his body, dealing 201 damage per column.

Frenzy of Hatred(Active)
*Activate to increase Basic Atk speed and Dmg by 20%.

"You Are Too Late!"(Trait)
*Heroes dying while Marked produce a Blood Avatar, every fiber filled with Hatred. The copies stay around the area they died for 10s, attacking their former comrades, uninterfering with their death timers. AI controlled, copied Heroes untalented.
