Millhouse Manastorm

Arcane Mage

Millhouse Manastorm is a powerful, if not boastful, mage Assassin, who specializes in ramping up his damage over the course of the game, excelling if he gets many kills or assists.

Strengths:

Strong AoE damage allows him to kill multiple enemies at once.

Millhouse's burst damage can become extremely high if he is allowed to keep poking his enemies and getting kills.

With Arcane Annihilation, Millhouse can easily clean up after the end of a fight.

Weaknesses:

Low mobility outside of Blink and Displacement and low health forces Millhouse to be very careful.

Millhouse's high mana consumption can be very detrimental, preventing him from pulling off strong combos.

Health: 1250 + (5%)

Health Regen: 5 + (20%)

Mana: 650 + (5%)

Mana Regen: 5 + (20%)

Attack Damage: 70 + (3%)

Attack Speed: 1 per second

THE MIGHT OF MANASTORM
When Millhouse hits an enemy hero with an ability, he permanently gains 1 stack. Kills grant 10 stacks, and Assists grant 5 stacks. There is no limit on the number of stacks you can have. This ability can be activated to increase Spell Power by 0.5% per stack for 5 + 0.1 per stack seconds. 10 + 0.2 per stack second cooldown. The active does not consume stacks.

Primary Abilities

Arcane Blast
Millhouse blasts the target with arcane energy, dealing 140 + (4%) damage to the target and 50% damage to enemies .75 range around them. If another Arcane Blast is used within 5 seconds of the first, it consumes 20 more mana to deal 50% more damage, stacking up to 5 times. 4 range, 50 mana, 2.5 second cooldown.

Arcane Aegis/Arcane Absorption
When cast on an allied hero, this ability becomes Arcane Aegis, shielding them for 200 + (4%) for 5 seconds. Every time the shield takes damage, Millhouse regains 5% of his maximum mana. When cast on an enemy hero, this ability becomes Arcane Absorption, dealing 200 + (4%) damage. For 5 seconds, whenever that enemy deals damage, Millhouse regains 2.5% of his maximum mana. 4 range, 70 mana, 12 second cooldown.

Arcane Explosion
After 1 second the target area (1 range circle) explodes, dealing 300 + (4%) damage to enemies in the center (.5 range) and 75% damage to all other enemies inside. 4 range, 90 mana, 8 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

Magic Barrage
After 1 second, Millhouse fires 9 missiles at the targeted location, a circle with 1.5 range. Each missile deals 150 + (4%) damage and has a special effect. Arcane Missiles drain 10% of the target's maximum mana to deal damage equal to that amount. Fire Missiles deal 10% of the target's maximum health as damage over 3 seconds, stacking with multiple hits. Frost Missiles slow the movement and attack speed of enemies hit by 40% for 3 seconds. The different types of missiles will cycle, Arcane first, then Fire, then Frost, then Arcane, etc. Each missile lands .25 seconds after the last one. 5 range, 120 second cooldown, 100 mana. If an enemy has no mana and is hit by an Arcane Missile, they will instead instantly take 5% of their maximum health as bonus damage

Arcane Annihilation
After channeling for 3 seconds, Millhouse deals 600 + (4%) + 25% of their missing health damage to all enemy heroes, regardless of range or vision. He is revealed to enemies during this channel. 90 second cooldown, 150 mana.

Arcane Power
Millhouse's basic attacks deal an additional 40 + (4%) spell damage and deal damage to all enemies they pass through while traveling to the target. After casting a basic ability, Millhouse's Attack Speed is increased by 50% for 2 seconds. This bonus can stack up to 5 times. Basic attacks on enemy heroes can now stack The Might of Manastorm.

Special Mount

Blink
Millhouse teleports to the target location within 3 range. 10 second cooldown. Casting a spell increases Millhouse’s movement speed by 20% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

Talents

Level 1:

!Build-Up: !Quest: Use Arcane Blast with at least 1 stack 75 times. Reward: The mana cost per stack is decreased to 10 and the ability can stack up to 10 times.

!Mana Collector: !Quest: Regain mana from Arcane Aegis/Arcane Absorption 100 times. Reward: The mana regained from Arcane Aegis/Arcane Absorption is doubled.

!Magical Dynamite: !Quest: Hit enemy heroes with Arcane Explosion 50 times. Reward: Arcane Explosion's area gains 1 range, and the damage cutoff is after 1 range.

Level 4:

Mana Storm: The Might of Manastorm increases Millhouse's maximum mana by 5 per stack.

Intensive Arcane: Millhouse's basic abilities deal 100% more damage but cost 50% more mana.

!Mana Waster: !Quest: Use 1500 mana. Reward: Millhouse gains 500 mana and his basic ability cooldowns are reduced by 1 second.

Level 7:

Displacement: After using Blink, for 5 seconds the ability can be reactivated to return to the original location.

Mighty Blink: Blink's range is increased by 2.

Invisibility: Millhouse becomes cloaked for 3 seconds. 30 second cooldown.

Level 13:

Explosive Tendencies: Arcane Explosion deals full damage to all enemies in range.

If I had to say, I think Millhouse would be better with a normal mount instead of a short range teleport. If he can't mount, that would make him very inferior.

I gave him a movement speed boost after casting spells to compensate for the lack of a regular mount. However, he is supposed to be relatively slow compared to other heroes. After all, they can’t chase him if they’re dead, right?
