Combat Trait

Indecisive Tinkerer
You can choose to pilot one of his three vehicles. You can only change vehicles while in your base. You gain specific passive abilities when piloting each of the vehicles.

{Leviathan MK II} Force Shield: Gain a damage shield equal to 10% of your maximum health. The shield recharges 10% of its maximum value every second.
{VX-001} Clockwork Rig: The duration of Silences, Stuns, Slows and Roots is reduced by 50%, and by 75% while in Siege Mode.
{ACU} Overlording: Reduces damage taken from area of effect abilities by 25%.

Primary Abilities

{Q} Plasma Cannon
Fires your Plasma Cannon in a straight line, dealing damage to the first target in it's path.

{Leviathan MK II} Afterburn: Slows the target by 25% for 3 seconds.
{VX-001} Double Tap: Fires a second shot 1 second after the initial shot in the same direction.
{ACU} Mass Acceleration Device: Deals up to 25% more damage the farther the projectile travels.
{Mimiron} Recoil Adaptation: Knocks Mimiron back a short distance.

{W} Explosive Payload
Launches an explosive device that is unique to the vehicle you are piloting.

{Leviathon MK II} Minefield: Place 6 mines in a circular pattern, each dealing 50% of the base damage and knocking targets back.
{VX-001} Rocket Strike: Launches a rocket, dealing 150% of the base damage in a small area at a nearby random enemy, Buildings preferred.
{ACU} Boom-bot: Spawns a Boom-bot that advances towards the nearest enemy, Heroes preferred. Active again to immediately detonate the Boom-bot, dealing splash damage and stunning enemies for 0.5 seconds. Boom-bots detonate when destroyed.
{Mimiron} Firing Blanks: This ability is disabled.

Activate the vehicle's Beam Cannon at the target, affecting the target for the next 3 seconds. You are immobile during this effect.

{Leviathan MK II} Gravity Cannon: Pulls the target towards you over duration of the effect. The target is treated as rooted during this time.
{VX-001} Laser Paint: Damage dealt to that target is increased by 10%. This ability costs 50% less mana, has no cooldown, and causes your Rocket Strike to target the affected enemy.
{ACU} Magnetic Beam: Slowly pushes the target away from you over the duration of the effect. The target is treated as rooted during this time.
{Mimiron} Batteries Not Included: This ability is disabled.

Secondary Abilities

{1} Ejection Pod
Activate to eject from and then detonate your vehicle, advancing rapidly towards your Core. The pod crash lands a short distance away, leaving behind a impassable object for 4 seconds. Successfully ejecting will heal you up to 25% of your maximum life. Requires any vehicle.

Heroic Abilities

The Big Red Button
Unleashes a firestorm surrounding you, dealing 20 (+2) damage every 0.5 seconds for the next 6 seconds. Buildings affected by this ability are disabled for 1 second. Minion and Mercenary kills in the area of effect extend this effect by 0.5 seconds, and Hero Takedowns extend it by 1 second, up to a maximum of 6 additional seconds.

Calls forth all your vehicles, and assembles them into one powerful vehicle for the next 20 seconds. Afterwards, you are ejected from all vehicles.
 - Using your Basic Abilities cycles the passive trait between all 3 vehicles.
 - Your Propulsion System is set to Unstoppable Force.
 - Your Beam Cannon no longer immobilizes you.
 - Force Shield, Clockwork Rig and Overlording are all active.
 - Cooldowns and mana costs are reduced by 50%.

Propulsion Systems
{Leviathan MK II} Unstoppable Force: +25% movement speed, and become unstoppable while continuously moving for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 45 seconds.
{VX-001} Siege Mode: Toggle between Siege Mode (Immobile) and Deployment Mode (+30% movement speed; Basic Attack, Plasma Cannon and Beam Cannon disabled). Cooldown: 3 seconds.
{ACU} Teleportation Beam: Teleport to any location in your direct line of sight. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
{Mimiron} Jet Packs: +40% movement speed after being out of combat for 3 seconds. Passive.

Talents: Level 1

{Passive} Defensive Driving: Reduce damage taken by 10% while mobile in a vehicle.
{Passive} Patent Protection: Your Ejection Pod ability causes your vehicle to explode into shrapnel, reducing the movement of all enemies through the area surrounding your vehicle.
{Passive} Precision Lens: Increases the range of your abilities by 20%. Your Mass Acceleration Device deals up to 30% more damage the farther the projectile travels.
{Passive} Road Rager: Increases damage dealt by 10% while mobile in a vehicle, while in Siege mode.

Talents: Level 4

{Q} Hot Shot: Striking a Hero with your Plasma Cannon reduces the cooldown on your Explosive Payload by 2 seconds.
{E} Cobalt-Saronite Battery: When not in a vehicle, replace Batteries Not Included with the Beam Cannon passive of the last vehicle you were in. If the last vehicle was V0-L7R-0N, you gain the next Beam Cannon passive in the cycle.
{W} Mana Bombs: Increases the cost and damage of your Explosive Payload by 25%.
{W} Salvaged Explosives: When not in a vehicle, replace Firing Blanks with the Explosive Payload passive of the last vehicle you were in. If the last vehicle was V0-L7R-0N, you gain the next Explosive Payload passive in the cycle.
{E} Ultra Capacitors: Increases the duration of your Beam Cannon by 1 second.

Talents: Level 7

{Q} Coolant Feedback: After firing your Plasma Cannon, your next Plasma Cannon in 8 seconds deals an additional 30% damage.
{Q} Jump Start: Using Plasma Cannon while not in a vehicle immediately activates your Jet Pack.
{Q} Raging Burn: Allied Heroes and Mercenaries caught in the path of your Plasma Cannon deal 10 (+2) damage to nearby enemies for the next 6 seconds.
{Q} Super-heated Plasma: Your Plasma Cannon pierces through the first target.

Talents: Level 13

{W} Chain Reaction: Whenever Explosive Payload damages a building with Ammunition, that building immediately attacks 2 random enemies, or loses 2 Ammunition if no targets are in range.
{Passive} Flagship: While in a vehicle, Minions and Mercenaries near you deal 25% more and receive 25% less damage.
{W} Mega Bombs: Increases the area of effect of your Explosive Payload by 30%.
{W} Twin Launchers: Increases the cooldown on your Explosive Payload by 2 seconds, but grants a second charge.

Talents: Level 17

{Passive} Anti-Missile Defense System: Reduces damage taken from projectile attacks by 50%. The effect decreases by 5% for each attack, recovering by 5% every 3 seconds.
{E} Compression Beams: Your Beam Cannon abilities deal 60 (+10) damage every second while active.
{E} Inertia Dampeners: Your Beam Cannon no longer immobilizes you, and can be used while in Deployment Mode.
{E} Lens Splitter: Your Beam Cannon affects the target, all up to 3 nearby targets, Heroes preferred.

Talents: Level 20

{Heroic} Emergency Protocols: The firestorm follows you, and you recover 5% of your health every second while this ability is in effect.
{Heroic} Titansteel Reinforcements: Increases the duration of V0-L7R-0N by 10 seconds, and the health by 50%.
{Activated} Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
{Activated} Hardened Shields: Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Nice idea, I'd just suggest to keep it cleaner, separating the skills rather than "throwing" them under the same tab
