Neptulon commands the tide, sending forths a rapid wave of seawater in a cone, dealing 160 (4%) damage to enemies hit. 0.5 seconds after casting, Riptide can be recast to travel with the wave.

W - Deep Depths
100 Mana | 18 Second cooldown
Neptulon submerges into the depths below, making him untargetable and leaving a silhouette on the ground for 4 seconds. During this time, Neptulon cannot attack nor cast abilities and moving towards enemy heroes grants 5% movement speed every 0.25 seconds, up to 40% bonus movement speed. Can be cancelled early.

E - Sinister Spring
60 Mana | 12 Second cooldown
Neptulon creates a pillar of water in a location. Enemies inside are slowed by 50% and are inflicted with drowned. Sinister Spring’s duration is frozen as long as an enemy hero is inside. Lasts 3 seconds.

Neptulon transforms into a massive vortex, becoming untargetable for the duration, and drawing enemies towards the center of the vortex. Enemies caught in the vortex take 60 (4%) damage per second, increased to 240 (4%) in the center.
